The only way to safeguard against #sins is to develop the fear of #God in one’s heart. Without this, man cannot save himself from sins. And fear cannot arise without the cognisance of God.... [The Promised #Messiah, #MirzaGhulamAhmad, peace be on him, Malfuzat, vol. 8, p. 288]

I understand why a clip like this is disturbing. Protecting children matters to every decent person, and Islam shares that instinct. May I offer what the historical record actually shows? The "nine years old" claim rests largely on one narrator, Hisham ibn Urwah, who first reported it late in life after moving to Kufa, long after he left Medina. His own student, Imam Malik, never recorded it in the Muwatta. The Promised Messiah (as) rejected the figure outright. The internal evidence points elsewhere. Her sister Asma was ten years older and about 27 at the Hijrah. Aisha (ra) had previously been betrothed to Jubair ibn Mut‘im. At Uhud she was carrying water to the wounded. Our Khalifa (aba) concludes she was 13–14 at marriage, an age customary in that society. Not even the Prophet’s (sa) fiercest enemies, who attacked him on everything else, raised any objection to it. Now consider the world he entered. Women were treated as property and even inherited like goods. He established their right to inherit, required their consent in marriage, and told his followers to treat women with kindness. Aisha (ra) became one of the great teachers of the faith itself. The Qur’an invites you to judge him by his life: “I have lived among you a whole lifetime before this. Will you not then understand?” (10:17). No contemporary, friend or foe, ever accused him of cruelty or dishonesty. I’m not asking you to take my word. Read the sources and the Qur’an for yourself. My door is open for honest questions. This ad is politically smart: a 9/30 Fox News poll showed El-Sayed is up 8 points among Michigan voters who focus on Israel-Palestine Most Michiganders concerned about the issue want to end aid to Israel The ad is also true: Israel and its American Fifth Column got the US into an economically disastrous war on Iran that caused energy prices to spike and thereby raised the cost of living for American consumers
New @RebellionPac ad dropping in Michigan. We have to suffer here at home, so Israel can get all its wars. That’s why they buy politicians like Mike Rogers. He promised to serve Israel “unconditionally,” but never made that promise to you.

The Beautiful Simplicity and Humility of the Holy Prophet (sa). Highlighting the extraordinary humility, kindness and simplicity of the Holy Prophet (sa), Beloved Huzoor (aba) shared a narration from Hazrat Abu Sa’id Khudri (ra): “The Holy Prophet (sa) lived a very simple life. He never considered any work to be beneath him. He would feed his camels himself, help with the household chores, repair his shoes, patch his own clothes and milk the goat. He would sit with his assistants and eat together, and if someone grew tired from milling flour, he would offer help. He never felt embarrassed to carry household items from the market. He would shake hands with the rich and poor alike, and he was the first to offer the greeting of Salaam [peace]. The Holy Prophet (sa) was extremely compassionate, kind and forbearing. He always took great care of cleanliness. He would meet everyone in a cheerful manner, always smiling, and he never laughed with a loud burst of laughter. He was extremely generous (i.e. open-handed), yet he refrained from lavish spending. He was benevolent and kind, and he would meet every Muslim with kindness.” ▶️ Stream the full Friday Sermon now on the MTAi App, via mta.tv, or via youtube.com/mtaonline. BREAKING: The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry has concluded that Israel has committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, including extermination, persecution, torture, rape and other forms of sexual violence, across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, while continuing the genocide in Gaza. In today's report, the commission found that Israeli military operations and settler violence in the occupied West Bank have formed part of a widespread and systematic campaign against Palestinian civilians since October 7, 2023. The report also accused Israeli forces of deliberately targeting Palestinian children, using sexual violence to intimidate and displace communities, and expanding territorial control through forced displacement. More than 34,000 Palestinians remained displaced in the West Bank as of August 2026. In Gaza, investigators concluded that Israeli forces continued committing genocidal acts despite the ceasefire agreement, including killing and injuring civilians near the so-called Yellow Line. The commission also criticized the Palestinian Authority for suppressing dissent and failing to investigate abuses by its security forces. It called on Israel to end its occupation, dismantle settlements and return confiscated Palestinian land, while urging the Palestinian Authority to investigate violations and provide remedies to victims.

A message to those who still believe that it all started on October 7. No, it didn't. A 'managed genocide', to keep 1.5 million Palestinians "on the edge of life" was in force years before. Read the latest report by Eyal Weizman: "A military document called ‘Red Lines’ set the minimum number of calories required to sustain Gaza’s population at a level just above the UN definition of hunger (2100 calories a day for men, 1700 for women and a varying amount for children depending on gender and age). The total number of calories was translated into the tonnage required to feed Gaza’s then population of 1.5 million and thus the number of aid trucks allowed into the territory. The same went for megawatts of electricity and litres of fuel and water. What was seen as good behaviour was rewarded by an increase in the amounts coming in, any acts of resistance by the tightening of the siege, like a population-scale version of a Milgram experiment." lrb.co.uk/the-paper/v48/n20/…

🇵🇸🇮🇱 LATEST: Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aa) urges Ahmadi Muslims to pray for situation in #Palestine & #Israel, highlighting ongoing injustices. He calls for Muslim unity to help plight of innocent #Palestinians! His Holiness said: “I want to ask for prayers in relation to the current situation of the world. In the past few days, a war has started between Hamas and Israel due to which civilians on both sides - women, children and the elderly - are being killed or have been killed, without any distinction. “Even at times of war, Islam does not permit the killing of women, children or anyone who is not participating in the war, and this teaching was strictly established by the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. “The world is saying - and it has some truth to it - that Hamas initiated this war and killed Israeli civilians indiscriminately. Leaving aside the fact that the Israeli army has been killing innocent Palestinians prior to this, Muslims should always act according to Islamic teachings. [...] If there is a legitimate war, then it can take place against the army, but not against women, children and the innocent. Nevertheless, the step Hamas took was wrong; it caused more harm than good. “In response [to Hamas’ attack], the punishment or war should have remained against Hamas alone - this would have been true bravery and the correct response. However, what the Israeli army is doing now is extremely dangerous and it seems this will not stop. The number of lives of women and children that will be lost cannot be imagined. “The Israeli government announced that it will completely wipe out Gaza and to do that it endlessly bombed Gaza, reducing it to a pile of ashes. The latest development is that the Israeli government is saying that more than 1 million people should leave Gaza, and some have begun leaving already. “Thankfully, though a weak voice, the UN has raised some concerns that this is against human rights, is wrong and will create a lot of problems and that Israel should rethink this instruction. Instead of condemning Israel outrightly, they [the UN] are making a mere request to them. “Nevertheless, the innocent who are not participating in the war cannot be blamed. If the world sees Israeli women, children and civilians as innocent, then the Palestinians are innocent too. “The teachings of the People of the Book also say such killing is not allowed. Muslims are blamed that they have committed wrong, but these people should look at themselves too. “The Ambassador of Palestine [in the UK] was interviewed by the BBC and, in response to a question, said that Hamas is a militant group, not the government and that the Palestinian government has nothing to do with them. He also raised a valid question - that if true justice had been established, then this situation would not have arisen. If world powers do not have double standards, then such disorder and warfare can never even occur. Thus, end these double standards and the wars will end themselves.” His Holiness said he has been saying these points for a long time, in light of Islamic teachings, but in response, leaders agree without any action. He continued: “Ignoring justice, all the world powers - or Western powers - are uniting to punish Palestinians, and conversations are being held everywhere about sending armies.” He also spoke about the misinformation in the media that is being spread. It is often the case that pictures are shared to try and prove injustice against Israelis, but later it is found out that the pictures were actually of Palestinians, yet there is no retraction in the media for this. He said that it seems the world powers do not want this war to end. After World War One, the world powers created the League of Nations, but it proved to fail due to justice not being upheld, and World War Two ended up taking place. This is the same situation as the UN. It was created to end wars and aid the oppressed but has clearly failed in its objective. His Holiness continued to say the war that will take place now due to the current injustice, we cannot even comprehend the destruction that will be caused and everyone knows this, yet there is still no focus on establishing justice in the world, nor is anyone highlighting this point. He said at least the Muslim nations should pay heed and erase their own disagreements in order to establish unity. If Muslims have been told in the Quran to improve relations with the People of the Book, then why can Muslims, who share the same kalima, not place their problems aside and come together. This is the only way to rid the world of the disorder we see today. As one, Muslims must raise a voice against those who are oppressed. If there is unity in the Muslim Ummah, there will be power in the voice that is raised. Otherwise, these Muslim nations will be responsible for the loss of innocent lives. We should keep the teaching of the Holy Prophet SA in front of us: To aid both the oppressed and the oppressor (by stopping them from oppression). In the end, Huzoor (aa) prayed: "May Allah the Almighty grant wisdom and understanding to the Muslim governments, and may they unite to uphold justice. May he also grant wisdom and understanding to the powers of the world, so that instead of causing destruction in the world, they strive to save it from destruction. [...] It should always be remembered that when destruction occurs, even these powers will not remain secure.” “The only weapon we possess is the weapon of prayer. Thus, more than before, all Ahmadis should use the weapon of prayer.”
