Great guide from @PassivhausTrust. "Design for the Health of the Building Fabric," is worth a read. Consider the breathability of the insulation.
#Ventilation is often taken for granted; most buildings in the UK rely on draughts & leaks! Breathe easy with this #GoodPracticeGuide ow.ly/16U950FFqiw

Selecting the right #insulation is critical. It must contribute to thermal performance and moisture management. We choose #Warmcel for our #timberframe because it meets our high performance design targets bit.ly/2WskTuL @PassivhausTrust @asbp_uk @NSBRC @SelfBuildPortal
Unlike other #insulations, #Warmcel is an inert material that does not release VOCs into the room after installation, making it ideal for a truly healthy home. Call 01938 50797 to speak to our Technical team
