This is how DJ Shipley returns home each day to his wife and kids. It’s as regimented as his morning routine- nothing left to chance (on his side). Anyone trying to balance work and personal life should listen to this.

5. If you have a demyelinating disease like BPD, AD, PD, ALS, Depression, Schizophrenia, MS, and Autism pay attention. A meta analysis of 29 studies found that blue blockers can:
→ Improve sleep quality.
→ Help you fall asleep faster.
→ Reduce insomnia in shift workers, travellers & sleep disorders.
→ Advance your circadian rhythm (sleep earlier, wake more refreshed).
→ Even lower manic symptoms in bipolar disorder because of myelin improvements!
Your eyes contain light sensitive cells that suppress melatonin, especially when exposed to blue light and some green (from phones, screens, lights).
Blue-blocking glasses create “virtual darkness” → triggering melatonin release → telling your body it’s time to wind down.
This prevents hormonal disruption, as blue light at night can raise cortisol, disrupt leptin signalling, and lead to insulin resistance.
In simple terms increased hunger, and weight gain in the long run.
Why they're an easy win:
- One-time purchase.
- Portable, effortless, and fits any lifestyle.
- They're safe if used when your sensing blue light not in solar spectra
Buy glasses that have been tested properly : luciaeyes.com
Put them on after sunset, 2 hours before bed and use in tandem with circadian friendly lighting like candles
You will likely fall asleep faster, sleep deeper, and wake up easier. Meyelination require optimal circadian signaling.

Fixing your life should begin with repairing the circadian mechanism. As the paper states, this is really an EPIGENETIC issue, not a genetic one. It is a story of light, water, and magnetism.
Light is adjacent to cell membranes; food is not. People forget this constantly. Blue light and nnEMF cause massive release of the significant electrophile in mammals, 4-HNE. The food gurus want to tell you that PUFAs are the cause of 4-HNE, but they are wrong. Light causes it. When opsins are liberated from nonvisual photoreceptors, we see massive spikes in 4-HNE in mammals. This is consistent with numerous observations that life span is inversely correlated to membrane peroxidizability and with the hypothesis that 4-HNE may constitute a mechanistic link between the high susceptibility of membrane lipids to peroxidation and shortened life span.
Most biological macromolecules contain nucleophilic centers, so in chemistry, electrophiles are particularly reactive and toxic in a biological context. A broken circadian mechanism liberates electrophiles to cause damage. Most cellular electrophiles are generated from polyunsaturated fatty acids (not from DHA) by a peroxidation chain reaction that is readily triggered by oxygen-centered radicals but propagates without further input of reactive oxygen species (ROS).
In the eye, this happens in the Bazan loop breakdown, but it is tightly coupled to be recycled so electrophiles never build up to destroy melanin in the RPE. The eye uses DHA because DHA breakdown products resolve inflammation through novel pathways that Dr. Bazan discovered. If the Bazan loop in the eye and liver is broken because the circadian mechanism is destroyed, all hell breaks loose in organs, leading to disease. This is why the carnivore diet and an inside life with blue light and nnEMF is a form of suicide when it is not married to the right environment.
In people who live this way, the lifestyle creates HNE, an electrophile from cell membranes. The formation of lipid-derived electrophiles such as 4-hydroxynon-2-enal (4-HNE) is believed to be relatively insensitive to the level of initiating ROS in mitochondria (not valid if melanin is missing in the tissue). Still, they depend mainly on the availability of peroxidation-susceptible fatty acids liberated from cell membranes.
So, what is the treatment plan?
First, stop lying to yourself.
See how your choices are disrupting your Circadian Rhythm, and fix that. Ask yourself each day how you are disrupting your circadian rhythm, and then stop and reverse the process.

Make no mistake. This is not a news report. It is more akin to a paid promotion. From a broadcaster scared of losing revenue, and a gambling industry fearful of losing its ability to market its toxic product to our children. Hold the line! #EndGamblingAds
