During his rise to power, Hitler attempted a violent coup at one point, was arrested and tried. While the sentence should have been life, he was given 5 years and got out in 9 months. He went on to start WWII in which 70-80 million people died. Is there a lesson in this for us?

People will tell you that this clip does not reflect the truth about Israeli society, but all the research I’ve done and I’ve done a LOT of research, backs up what Abby Martin reports here. Let me be clear though, there ARE a small number of voices inside Israel that DO support the Palestinian right to determination. In addition, the diaspora largely does NOT support the actions of Netanyahu and his genocidal thugs and that’s a very important distinction that MUST be made. 🎥 TikTok - vm.tiktok.com/ZN8SnBxXG/

SNL took one of the most recognizable stories in Christmas literature and gave it a dark political twist. Instead of Scrooge being visited by Jacob Marley, Trump is visited by Jeffrey Epstein, played by Will Ferrell, while James Austin Johnson plays Trump. The premise alone sets up the joke: the ghost has returned to remind Trump of a past he cannot escape.

The Supreme Court burns to the ground in Albania, Parliament and the Department of Education has been stormed, the Prime Minister is in hiding and the country is effectively in the hands of the rebels. Albania rejects blatant corruption and their country being sold.

Watching Vance light his 2028 prospects on fire in real time is pretty impressive
Vance is confronted by the emotional husband of a soldier killed in Iran War and acts like he had no idea anyone ever died: Q: It's a hard price to pay. There's a failure in the leadership. How will the leadership be held accountable? Vance: If there were failures... This is the first time I've heard of this.

🚨MAGA SELF-OWN: Unhinged Republican Congressman Andy Harris was polled to win his race handily until he screamed at a woman journalist for filming him at a press gaggle. Now the race is WIDE OPEN. His Democratic opponent Dan Schwartz just demolished him. Worth a watch 👇
My opponent Andy Harris hadn’t faced constituents in over 3 years. So I knew he’d be rusty. I just didn’t expect it against the audience and the local journalists on that level. He was so confidently wrong on Maryland law, same energy as blaming Democrats for gas prices.

SNL’s “Trump Has a Few Things to Address” starts with something millions of people understand: the shock of seeing how much it costs to fill up a car. Then Trump walks into the scene, and an ordinary family’s problem becomes a political comedy sketch. Here’s how it works.

ICE run over U.S. citizen riding his bike—break his arm. Agents handcuff him behind his back without calling paramedics. They inflict even more injuries—send him to the hospital in serious condition. Then agents detain another U.S. citizen—for yelling at them on the sidewalk. Man with the broken arm's daughter says he was hit on his e-bike by an unmarked car. He was then tased twice and pinned to the ground—currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Multiple ICE vehicles were running through stop signs—speeding the wrong way down one-way streets. All on a weekend afternoon with kids playing outside. Incident occurred near the intersection of East 56th Street & Elm Avenue in Long Beach, California. Stop ICE Net doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length, English translated, and credited video here to help raise awareness.

Meta’s Muse is blocked at Schwab. Its CEO asks who’s liable if an agent moves money. When an AI agent makes a mistake, causes financial harm, exposes private information or breaks the law, who's responsible? The answer isn't complicated. AI agents aren't legal persons. They're software created, configured, authorised and deployed by people and companies. US law has recognised autonomous software since 2000. The federal E-SIGN Act explicitly defines an "electronic agent" as software capable of acting without human approval at the time of each action. The law recognises transactions conducted through automated systems. If a company gives an AI agent access to confidential information, financial accounts or computer systems, that company remains responsible for the decisions it made about access, permissions, security controls and supervision. Whether it must compensate someone depends on the applicable law, contracts and circumstances. If an agent transfers money without authorisation, accesses confidential records or attacks another company's infrastructure, investigators should examine who configured it, what instructions it received, what permissions it had, who authorised those permissions and what its activity logs show. Schwab can't blame an agent for acting independently, any more than they can blame an Excel macro. The difference between an AI agent making a mistake and a company being legally liable for that mistake is important. But neither changes who's responsible for deploying the software.
Even Meta’s Muse gets blocked at Schwab. Its CEO asks who’s liable if an agent moves money. JPMorgan is drawing the same line. thenextweb.com/news/schwab-b…

Russian ballistic missiles hit Kyiv this evening. Again, there was no early warning. Ukrainian sources say the alert never came. Only the US detects Russian ballistic launches for Kyiv. Washington cut that feed once, for three days. Now the capital is learning about missiles from the blasts. Against ballistic weapons, minutes to reach a shelter save lives. Kyiv got none. Washington keeps easing sanctions on the country that is firing them.
