Replying to @StephenM
Fun fact: Stephen Miller does not have a law degree and is not a lawyer. He is a racist nazi cunt though.

Two years ago the reflecting pool was reflecting, the East Wing existed and was welcoming visitors to the People’s House, and the Kennedy Center was financially stable and artistically thriving. Gasoline was semi-affordable and USAID was saving human lives all over the world. Go vote. We don’t have to live like this.

After watching Verlander yesterday, it strikes me that letting Max yell his manager off the mound on the last day is his version of a fairytale ending
Max Scherzer refuses to leave the game after his 104th pitch. ⚾️♥️

So this is the crap offered to the country on #LaborDay? What the hell is wrong with these people? We are being governed by idiots.
In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might beware my power... Green Lantern's light!

when he says these guys I assume he is talking about this administration?
Q: What have you learned about going to war against Iran? Vance: I think what I've learned is, these guys are really, really crazy. And they are willing to do anything, and I think not with a whole lot of strategic wisdom behind it, in order to accomplish as little flow of oil and gas as possible

Very sad for the 18 lives lost this morning when President Trump’s motorcade attempted to drive across Lake America. Our country was spared a national tragedy today only through the fast thinking of Natalie Harp who was waiting in the President’s trunk with an air tank when the cars began to fill with water. President Trump has blamed Canada and ANTIFA for the incident.

Sika Corporation - the group that provided concrete and sealing products for the 2010 renovation - was approached in March. They said the project was "unfeasible." The administration went ahead anyway. One of the firms they hired is named Greenwater Services. Warzel has documented the 13-step anatomy of a Trump fiasco. The Reflecting Pool has completed steps 1 through 10 with remarkable fidelity: devise unnecessary spectacle, disregard expertise, bypass normal procedures, declare victory too early by AI-generated shirtless swimming post, spend $14 million over the initial estimate, ignore the haters with a poster board reading "Our Pool is Bigger than Skyscrapers," realize it is not going well when algae blooms, bypass normal procedures again with a second no-bid contract, allege conspiracy and sabotage, and redeclare victory while the pool sits cordoned by fences and guarded by the National Guard. Three steps remain: more blaming, losing interest, and the foundation upon which every Trump debacle is built - pretend it never happened and move on to the next thing. The pool is currently "crystal clear and reflecting perfectly," per the Interior Department spokesperson. The pool is currently green and surrounded by the National Guard.
Trump’s response to the Reflecting Pool debacle follows a well-established pattern, @cwarzel argues. He examines the 13 steps of a Trump scandal: theatlantic.com/technology/2…
