1. ถึงส้มโหวตให้เพื่อไทย รัฐบาลก็เป็นเสียงข้างน้อยอยู่ดี เพราะส้มไม่ร่วมรัฐบาลเหมือนกัน การบอกว่าส้มโหวตให้ภูมิใจไทยทำลายหลักการเสียงข้างมากจึงฟังไม่ขึ้น
2. ที่กล่าวว่าภูมิใจไทยครองทุกอำนาจแล้วอันตราย แล้วตอนคุณจัดตั้งรัฐบาลคุณไปดึงภูมิใจไทยมาร่วมทำไม แล้วยังให้มหาดไทยภูมิใจไทยอีก แบบนั้นไม่แย่กว่าหรอครับ
3. ที่คุณเรียกร้องความรับผิดชอบจากส้ม แต่รัฐบาลคุณอยู่ด้วยกันมาเกือบ 2 ปี ถ้าน้ำเงินไม่ดีจริง พรรคคุณนี่แหละที่ต้องรับผิดชอบ
4. ข้อกล่าวหาในแฮชแท็กนี่มีมูลแค่ไหนครับ ถ้าส้มกล่าวหาคุณลอยๆแบบนี้ คุณคงวิจารณ์หนักไปแล้ว

วันนี้ (29 ส.ค. 68) พรรคประชาชนแถลงแนวทางพรรค หลัง #ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญ ตัดสินใน น.ส.แพทองธาร ชินวัตร และ ครม. พ้นจากตำแหน่ง กรณีคลิปเสียงฮุน เซน
โดยสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรของพรรคประชาชน พร้อมเลือกบุคคลไปดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีคนใหม่ ภายใต้เงื่อนไข ดังต่อไปนี้
1. นายกรัฐมนตรีคนใหม่ จะต้องยุบสภาภายใน 4 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันแถลงนโยบายต่อสภา เพื่อจัดให้มีการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นการทั่วไป
2. คณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ จะต้องจัดให้มีการออกเสียงประชามติ ในประเด็นการแก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญ เพื่อนำไปสู่การจัดทำรัฐธรรมนูญใหม่ทั้งฉบับ โดยสภาร่างรัฐธรรมนูญที่มาจากการเลือกตั้งโดยเร็ว ทั้งนี้ต้องไม่เกินไปกว่าวันลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นการทั่วไป
3. ยืนยันไม่ร่วมรัฐบาล และทำหน้าที่ฝ่ายค้านต่อไป โดยจะทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบรัฐบาลชุดใหม่อย่างเต็มที่ และจะไม่มีบุคคลใดจากพรรคประชาชนไปดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นรัฐมนตรีในคณะรัฐมนตรี
