What’s something that you’ve diagnosed during residency that you previously thought was just a UWorld oddity you’d never see in the wild? For myxedema coma in the ICU. When I paged the endo fellow they were so excited they drove in that night.

Had the opportunity to take part in the academic procession @QMULBartsTheLon last night & watch my students graduate from the stage. Have literally never been prouder (nor had bigger imposter syndrome!) 🥹🥹🥹 Huge congratulations, new doctors! ✨
