Earlier this week we had our 3rd Kopi Chat, n this time it was with Mr Ghani our CIO! During this opportunity we chatted on how important our attitude on change are, n the importance of safety in ops. Next step: Roundtable Meeting w/ Directors n HODs on issues raised!

Having fun in the office won’t hurt. In fact, it’s a great way for us staff to bond with each other! So during lunch time, the Transformation Office Room ‘transforms’ into a game room. Oh yeah! Maybe we need to bring in more games 😁

Huat Ah! Yeah we finally had our CNY lunch and Lou Hei with all our staff and Directors at Tuas and Toh Guan Office. Mr John also announced the new structural changes in our group among other things! So toss those salmons high and let’s have a great year! #vvtransformation

We had our second Kopi Chat with our Director last Friday. Cakes were shared and kopis were sipped. Both helped made the discussion fun and engaging! Some of the topics that were discussed were balancing day to day work and upgrading our process and ourselves. Ready to transform?

We had breakfast with the Champs and Directors to discuss how to keep a smooth communication line on all levels during our journey. And right after that we had a ‘get to know each other’ session with the Champs. So now we’re ready to take our first steps of transformation!

During our last town hall we engaged an artist to sketch out the juice of our event. We think Vanessa did a wonderfully beautiful job at capturing the essence of our big meeting. Thank you @sketch_post for your work! This is awesome!
