I'm no Alabama fan, but this made me jump out of my chair. This is what "making a play" looks like. Unreal. Football is such a great game. It's the ultimate team sport that often turns on a single individual effort. So fun.
Been doing this scouting thing a long time and this is one of the wildest plays I've ever seen a wideout make.

Heartbroken after seeing a young patient with no medical history, end up with a BIFFL GRADE II dissection of the vertebral artery and subsequent acute PICA infarct immediately after a neck adjustment from the chiropractor. This has to stop. Chiropractors - you HAVE to stop.

When I cast my vote for President Biden, I wasn't expecting much. I just wanted trump out of office. I knew he was old. I knew he had a stutter. I knew he had a rep for "gaffes." I didn't care. Just wanted trump gone. Four years later, things are different. I wasn't expecting that President Biden would be the most legislatively successful President in my lifetime. I wasn't expecting him to help expand NATO. I wasn't expecting him to lower insulin & inhalers. I wasn't expecting him to create & recover 15m jobs. I wasn't expecting him to bring manufacturing back. I wasn't expecting him to forgive student debt. But he did ALL those things, and more. He surpassed my expectations by a lot. And he has more planned for 2025-2028. He's not a master orator, He doesn't move so smoothly But neither did FDR from his wheelchair. Meanwhile, trump is STILL a threat. He wants to be a dictator. He wants to stay out of prison. He wants revenge on his enemies. He wants to take away from the poor and middle class and give to the ultra wealthy. His Project 2025 will enable a national abortion ban to criminalize women seeking safe and legal abortions. His Project 2025 will take away the rights of our LGBTQ family and friends. His Project 2025 will transform the government into a loyalty pledge, not to America but to him ALONE. We might never have another free election. THAT is what is at stake in this election. We can continue to progress with Biden policies, or we can let trump destroy democracy as we know it. If you're looking for someone who's young and athletic, go watch a fucking movie. I'll take the old guy who needs a nap while saving democracy over the old guy trying to overthrow democracy who needs a legal team.

If Trump becomes president again, after all we know ,and you supported his campaign you will have participated in the end of American democracy. You will not be rewarded by your leader beyond a rush you might seek for upending civility. You aren't part of his plan. He is the entirety of his plan and the future will belong to him. Not you. You won't get a thank you or a knowing nod. He will allow you to buy trinkets with his image and name emblazoned. Trump is a despicable example of human kind. Devoid of compassion. Devoid of any respect for knowledge and education. Trump is the fully realized Id. He will have no guardians , no guard rails and no shame. He cannot tell the difference between what he is and what he wants. There is none when you analyze the situation. He flunks Descarte's building block syllogism automatically. He can't think so no therefore. Ego driven rage and revenge. If you're inclined to assist him please rethink your reasons. #Trump – at Erlanger, KY

BREAKING: In a devastating speech, iconic actor Robert De Niro rips Donald Trump to shreds, declaring that Trump is “not a bad man,” but “an evil one” who is a “wanna be tough guy” and has “no morals or ethics.” But Robert De Niro didn’t stop there… De Niro continued: “Trump has no sense of right or wrong. No regard for anyone but himself — not the people he was supposed to lead and protect, not the people he does business with, not the people who follow him, blindly and loyally, not even the people who consider themselves his “friends.” He has contempt for all of them. The repercussions of his turbulent presidency divided America and rattled New York City beyond imagination.  Remember how we were jolted by crisis in early 2020, as a virus swept the world. We lived with Donald Trump’s bombastic behavior every day on the national stage, and we suffered as we saw our neighbors piling up in body bags. The man who was supposed to protect this country put it in peril, because of his recklessness and impulsiveness. It was like an abusive father ruling the family by fear and violent behavior.  That was the consequence of New York’s warning getting ignored. Next time, we know it will be worse. Make no mistake: the twice-impeached, 4-time indicted Donald Trump is still a fool. But we can’t let our fellow Americans write him off like one. Evil thrives in the shadow of dismissive mockery, which is why we must take the danger of Donald Trump very seriously. So, today I issue another warning. From this place where Abraham Lincoln spoke — right here in the beating heart of New York — to the rest of America: This is our last chance. Democracy won’t survive the return of a wannabe dictator. And it won’t overcome evil if we are divided. So what do we do about it?  We have to take today into tomorrow – take it outside these walls.   We have to reach out to the half of our country who have ignored the hazards of Trump and, for whatever reason, support elevating him back into the White House.  They’re not stupid, and we must not condemn them for making a stupid choice.  Our future doesn’t just depend on us. It depends on them. Let’s reach out to Trump’s followers with respect.  Let’s not talk about “democracy.”  “Democracy” may be our holy grail, but to others it is just a word, a concept, and in their embrace of Trump, they’ve already turned their backs on it.  Let’s talk about right and wrong.  Let’s talk about humanity.  Let’s talk about kindness.  Security for our world.  Safety for our families.  Decency.  Let’s welcome them back.  We won’t get them all, but we can get enough to end the nightmare of Trump.” Well said, Robert De Niro! Please retweet and ❤️ to thank Robert De Niro for calling out Donald Trump — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a woke new Twitter competitor that banned Trump for life and is exploding in popularity because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb

Do you recognize 5 year old Adelyn? She was found alone on the 5400 block of Zephyr Ct looking for her dad. We believe she is in preschool and her teachers are possibly Miss Vanessa or Miss Stephanie. Please call 720-898-6900 (ref AR23013237) if you can help us find her family.

BPD Animal Protection Officers Reich and Carbone recently responded to a report of an injured bird in the 1200 block of 17th Street. When they arrived, they were quite surprised to find a great blue heron resting and possibly struggling to walk and fly. It took stealthy teamwork and some guts to gently capture the heron, and he showed hesitation to bear weight on one of his legs. Birds of Prey raptor rescue in Broomfield agreed to assess the heron so he was transported there. The initial assessment led them to believe he could have a fractured femur/leg but that he should heal! Fun fact: herons and other water birds have powerful bills and when Animal Protection officers respond to assist these types of birds, the words of warning are "watch your eyes!" and we always wear sunglasses or other eye protection. An Audubon article states: “When wounded, the Great Blue Heron immediately prepares for defense, and woe to the man or dog who incautiously comes within reach of its powerful bill, for that instant he is sure to receive a severe wound, and the risk is so much the greater that birds of this species commonly aim at the eye. If beaten with a pole or long stick, they throw themselves on their back, cry aloud, and strike with their bill and claws with great force.” The more you know. Thank you Animal Protection Officers Reich and Carbone! #boulder

With the upcoming heat tomorrow, it's important to know the difference between heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Heat stroke is life threatening, and can be characterized by confusion, dizziness, and unconsciousness. If heat stroke is suspected, call 911 immediately. #COwx

It's that time again, Independence Day! We love watching fireworks too, but please leave the big boom stuff to the professionals. If it leaves the ground OR explodes it is illegal in the Colorado. Here are tips we recommend following for a safe celebration this weekend.
