And for good reason too. Amazon.in is far ahead of Flipkart - primarily for Customer Service. Flipkart seems to be like a headless chicken; While Amazon, similarly impacted has been a bright spot. It's a challange to even speak to CS at Flipkart. @_Kalyan_K
