I had booked a ticket through the UTS app however due to a technical snag there were no train services between Virar and Dahanu for approximately six hours. As per the UTS policy the journey must commence within one hour
of ticket booking. Unfortunately because of the extended disruption I was unable to undertake my journey at all.
Moreover I noticed that there is no option available in the UTS app to request a refund in such cases where the train service is canceled by the authorities.

Hey, @IqooInd @Vivo_India After updating my iQOO 9T, a green line appeared on the screen. My device is 1.7 years old and out of warranty. Despite spending 50K on the device, it did not meet the promised quality.
