Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine was attacked by radical Israeli settlers while working in the West Bank.
While working on a report about Palestinian individuals, dozens of radical settlers ran towards them, attacked Heidi, kicking her while she was on the ground and breaking her equipment. She was later taken to the hospital for treatment.
This behavior is unacceptable and must be condemned by everyone. The IDF and Israeli officials have already condemned it. But condemning isnβt enough, actions must be taken. Israel must do more to hold these extremists to account and protect journalists and civilians.

While watching film, I noticed one player show true emotion and excitement for his teammates following a long run.
That player was Ryan Coleman-Williams.
Countless times, fans and members of the media targeted and ridiculed RCW for his lack of production and role in Alabamaβs offense.
Well, let me put that narrative to rest.
This young man has been a tremendous leader for Alabama this season, whether it be by producing at WR or celebrating his teammates success (seen below).
Heβs grown as a pass-catcher, as a run blocker, and matured as an Alabama football player.
Could not be more proud to have RCW on my football team! I would venture out and say heβs let the naysayers knowβ¦haha! π―π

Every year, viral social media posts tell us to bleach pumpkins to preserve them. And every year, I post: please don't do that.
Pumpkins are food. Wild animals will nibble a jack-o'-lantern, so bleach, paint and plastic decorations turn a pumpkin into contaminated food. Wildlife agencies recommend keeping pumpkins free of chemical preservatives.
You can preserve your pumpkins longer by keeping them cool and bringing them inside between displays. It's also reasonable to accept that pumpkins are perishable and they will rot over time. As they should.
When your jack-o-lantern is done, remove candles, wax and decorations. Compost an untreated pumpkin or use an approved municipal drop-off.
Don't dump piles of pumpkins in parks or preserves; even organic waste is litter when it concentrates food, spreads non-native seeds and attracts animals to roads and people.
Painted or treated pumpkins belong in the trash unless local guidance says otherwise.

Why do fraternities need to be shut down?
Women aren't required to attend fraternity parties, and those who choose to attend aren't required to drink or use drugs.
If the concern is intoxication, impaired judgment, and the risks associated with party environments, shouldn't we also be talking about personal responsibility and making choices that reduce those risks?
Of course, choosing to drink or attend a party doesn't excuse sexual assault. Anyone who commits a crime should be held accountable.
But shutting down fraternities doesn't eliminate drinking, drugs, sex, or poor decisions. Those things happen well beyond fraternity houses.
Wouldn't it make more sense to address specific misconduct, enforce rules, and encourage better decision-making rather than assume eliminating fraternity parties will solve the problem?

π― Every boy AND girl should play a sport in an organized league for at least one full season of it between the ages of 5-12.
No they are not allowed to quit. No matter how much they complain. They need to experience it & learn what it means to play on a team with others, be coached, to compete physically & get the exercise.
After one season & the age of 12, they can be part of the decision making on it, but before: NO. Theyβre children & need to learn.
Some of the snobbiest & to be blunt, wimpiest, people Iβve ever met, never played sports at any point growing up outside of being forced to at gym class in elementary school.
