The anti American worker sentiment & apathy is beyond repulsive - all work visas need to end - the fact #India has built a economic dependence on destroying the American middle class tells any person with an iq above tap water there is a problem

Can anyone at @UCSanDiego confirm at no time your facilities where used to aid or abet this criminal activity the person below claiming to be a professor at your campus - As any public institution recovering federal funds would need to disclose this information but would potentially need to take steps against those individuals using their facilities for criminal activity - as I’m sure the @fbi @FBILosAngeles @DHSgov @USDEducation Would like to know so they are in compliance with EO 14287- specifically enforcement of unlawfully harboring or hiring illegal aliens (8 U.S.C. § 1324
My longtime gardener was taken by ICE this past weekend.
He has been in the U.S. 25 years, has built a team of gardeners and landscapers that everyone loves, and leaves me in awe of his hard, hard labor, honesty, and kindness.
He is exactly the kind of person who has made this country great.
One of my neighbors has found him in the system and we are trying to get him a lawyer. I’ll keep you posted.
Also…if you have to hide your face to do your job, you’re on the wrong side of democracy.
UPDATE: Here’s what has happened since I posted this: substack.com/profile/8997340…
She belongs in prison - she exploited a illegal foreign national to save a few dollars on lawn care - she employed illegal help- & potentially materially empowered the same cartels that smuggle humans & drugs & are heavily involved in the slave trade - a lot of people in the U.S. illegally don’t just pay a one time fee - no many owe money & services to these criminal organizations - you should be perp walked & prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows - @DOJgov @USCIS @ATFHQ @DHSGenCounsel @DHSgov @ICEgov
I have an update on my gardener who was taken by ICE.
Three big things have happened since then.
1. The neighbors have all come together to help.
We hired a good immigration lawyer for him. We also found someone willing to serve as his financial sponsor. That matters because one of the things the government will consider is whether he’s likely to show up for future hearings. Having someone willing to vouch for him, and having deep ties to his family and community, can help.
2. We’ve raised enough money to post a bond if he’s granted one.
We think he has a strong case for being released from detention while his case proceeds.
He has lived in the United States since he was 16. (He is now 44.) He runs his own business. He has a wife and two young children. He owns his home. And he has many, many people willing to write letters saying that he’s an important part of this community and is not going anywhere.
We’ll have to wait to see if it’s granted. Fingers crossed.
3. His lawyer is asking to postpone his court date, which is currently scheduled for next week.
This is really important. The Trump administration is trying to move people through the immigration system quickly so it can deport them as fast as possible. His lawyer wants time to gather evidence and build the best possible case for letting him stay. Again, fingers crossed.
But this is what really broke my heart.
My gardener was finally able to get a call through to his wife two days ago. This strong, confident, capable man was terrified. He didn’t know what to do.
Then his wife told him what everyone was doing behind the scenes.
He sobbed.
I don't know if we are going to get him home. I wish I could tell you that we will.
But I do know that we are seeing both the best and worst of American in real time.
The worst is a system that can take a man away from his wife and kids and leave him sitting in detention, terrified.
The best is a group of people who heard what happened and immediately asked: What can we do? And then they did it.
I’m betting on that America.
The uniting force in the world is the universal hatred of Indians
Another example of “India’s best & brightest”
INDIAN SCAM: Hindu sect under US probe for alleged exploitation of Dalit workers at NJ temple
Lured from India on religious visas as “skilled artisans.” Paid ~$1/hr. Worked 13+ hrs/day. Lived on lentils & potatoes. Confined to site. FBI, DHS & Labor raided the Robbinsville temple. Lawsuit fileD.

🚨BREAKING: Pfizer's former Vice President, Michael Yeadon, says there was no pandemic, the PCR tests were FAKE and they lied about the virus so Anthony Fauci could intentionally inject 5.5 Billion people with a poisonous cocktail.
People like the guy below will tell you that the rapist is the victim and want the person they rape jailed - extreme analogy - but a fitting one for truth behind his lies
Yes- they are a lair- even India’s own media points out how bad their college graduates are - education.economictimes.indi…

Another liar.
I was sitting with few college grads White guys and they knew nothing or work hard like me as an Indian did out of college.
Your college system and our sustem similar level of standards. Dont think your standards are better at Undergrad level.
Proof democrats are dumber than a box of rocks - not sure what’s worse - either he thinks this is a credible lie - or that someone actually lied to him and he believes it -
I just met Jason and Keri on my walk across the state. They lost their food stamps bc of Trump’s cuts.
They are taking a bus back and forth to New Haven today for a meal from a soup kitchen there.
A 6 hour commute for a meal.
And Elon Musk just became a trillionaire.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Bus travel from Waterbury to New Haven takes about 1 hour one way on CT Transit 229, not 6 hours round-trip. Local soup kitchens serve free meals in Waterbury with no ID required, including at 327 Baldwin Street and 770 East Main Street.

Yet he wants to be in America - taking Ann American job - 80 percent of America voted to deport foreigners - like him…

The only scamming corruption is by the Trump administration as they have scammed $3 billion in meme coins and bribes and money laundering, and then pump and dumps and then insider trading which he brags about daily
Either you’re an American or you’re not -clearly two nots
This is the kind of leadership we need to see more of.
Rising hostility toward people of Indian origin in America cannot be brushed aside as “just online discourse.”
When racial abuse becomes normalized, when harassment becomes organized, and when people with institutional power appear willing to engage with the very ecosystem spreading it, Congress has a responsibility to pay attention.
More representatives need to speak.
More oversight is needed.
More scrutiny is needed.
Because this is not about one politician, one party, or one platform.
It is about drawing a line.
Racism against Indians is racism.
Harassment is harassment.
And no public official should ever help legitimize it.

America isn’t a jobs program for foreign labor - the visa system needs to end
Why do American companies hire H1B visa holder instead of American citizens?
They don't. There are a total of 85,000 H1-B visas available every year
[1]. At any given time there are approximately 5.5–6 million jobs open in the US[2], and 500,000 computer jobs alone[3]. But there are only about 50,000 US CS graduates every year. There are enough computer jobs for all the H1-B holders, all the CS graduates, and literally 10 times more CS graduates. It's a royal pain in the ass and huge expense and delay to hire someone on an H1-B and I don't think any American company would do it if suitable American workers were available
