Our hearts continue to break for the family of Darrel Rodriguez, the 26-year-old security guard from the Bronx who was senselessly killed this weekend at the 7th Ave/53rd St subway station.
As the workweek begins, the NYPD is still actively hunting for the masked gunman who fled the scene. Investigators have released surveillance photos of the suspect in a red tracksuit and a full black face mask, confirming this devastating confrontation spilled from the platform onto an E train before the fatal shot was fired.
Darrel’s fraternal twin brother, a Marine serving our country, shared that this loss has left a permanent "black hole" in their family's heart. No one should ever have to say goodbye to a loved one like this.
In light of this tragedy, transit advocacy groups are now fiercely pushing for an official ban on full-face ski masks inside the MTA system to protect riders and help police keep criminals off our trains.
Let's keep Darrel’s family in our prayers and spread the word to help bring his family the justice they deserve.

THE CASE WAS SO HEARTBREAKING THAT EVEN THE JUDGE BROKE DOWN IN TEARS WHILE SENTENCING THE K!LLERS OF 12-YEAR-OLD GAVIN PETERSON.
Gavin Peterson, 12, from West Haven, Utah, died on July 9, 2024, after suffering prolonged abuse, starvation and neglect at the hands of his own family.
Gavin was confined to an empty room and deprived of basic necessities. His father, Shane Peterson, his stepmother, Nichole Scott, and his older brother, Tyler Peterson, were implicated in the abuse that led to his de@th.
During sentencing, Judge Camille Neider became visibly emotional as she addressed Gavin’s father, telling him: “You were Gavin’s dad. I don’t think you deserve that title anymore.”
The case was so devastating that the judge remarked on being more emotional about Gavin’s suffering than his own father appeared to be.
Shane Peterson was sentenced to 5 years to life in prison, Nichole Scott received 15 years to life, and Tyler Peterson was sentenced to 5 years to life in February 2026.
Gavin was only 12 years old. The people who should have protected him became responsible for his suffering, leaving a judge deeply shaken by the cruelty of the case.

🚨A California man who blamed ICE for his wife’s disappearance has been charged with her m*rder after her burned remains were found.

Gurinder Singh Gill, 28, told Sacramento County Sheriff’s detectives that ICE agents picked up his wife Jasmine Gill while she went to get the mail. Detectives contacted ICE, which confirmed no enforcement activity occurred at the residence.

Jasmine Gill, 30, was last seen at her Sacramento home on September 30. Her cousin reported her missing on October 4. Investigators learned the couple was in the middle of a divorce and child custody battle.

Burned human remains discovered in El Dorado County on October 1 were later identified as Jasmine Gill’s. Detectives obtained a m*rder warrant. They arrested Gurinder on October 14 and booked him into the Sacramento County Main Jail. He is ineligible for bail.

The case shows how some individuals attempt to use ICE as cover for violent crimes. Under President Trump, ICE has removed hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, including large numbers of those with criminal records.

DHS reports more than 670,000 removals in Trump’s first year back in office, plus nearly 2 million self-deportations. White House figures list nearly 200,000 deported illegal aliens with charges or convictions, including 47,885 for as$ault, 16,552 for s*xual as$ault, and 2,699 for hom*cide.

ICE continues targeting criminal illegal aliens for removal while California authorities pursue cases like Gurinder Gill’s. The false ICE claim delayed nothing. It simply failed.
