🚨 Can we eliminate anthracyclines from neoadjuvant TNBC treatment? HELEN-Trio 011 | Phase III | Annals of Oncology 2026 369 patients with stage II–III TNBC randomized to docetaxel + carboplatin ± camrelizumab. 📊 Key results: 🔹 pCR: 57.5% vs 45.4% (P=0.014) 🔹 2-year EFS: 89.7% vs 86.4% (HR 0.67; 95% CI 0.34–1.33) 🔹 Grade 3–4 TRAEs: 24.9% vs 21.8% 🔹 PD-L1 CPS ≥1 pCR: 69.8% vs 51.9% 💡 Why it matters: An anthracycline-free chemoimmunotherapy strategy improves pCR without a substantial increase in severe toxicity. ⚠️ Caution: EFS remains immature. No direct comparison with KEYNOTE-522. 🎯 Verdict: Promising de-escalation strategy, but not yet a replacement for KEYNOTE-522. @ASCO @oncoalert #TNBC #BreastCancer #Oncology

This is the most promosing AI infrastructure play over the long-term. $CBRS is building its own AI compute architecture — bypassing NVIDIA/AMD GPUs and even avoiding supply-constrained HBM. - Core revenue is expected to reach $880–890M (~74% growth YoY) - Now has $25.4B in RPO at ~$0.9B revenue - Largely supported by OpenAI - Cloud business grew 281% YoY in Q2 Fundamentally, I really like the story. The problem is the valuation. $CBRS currently trades at roughly 61x TTM sales. That is an extremely aggressive valuation. That's why at current levels, I'm not buying. Technically, I expect another major correction toward the 0.618–0.786 Fib, giving me a target accumulation zone between: $147–$82. This is where I currently expect $CBRS to form a larger bottom. Great company. Wrong price — for now. Your opinion on $CBRS?

TODAY, CANCER CAN MEAN MONTHS OF TREATMENT OR EVEN DEATH. TOMORROW, IT COULD MEAN ONE INJECTION. The OECD estimates the global biotech market to grow from around $1.6 trillion in 2024 to nearly $4 trillion by 2030. And some of tomorrow’s biggest biotech players are still small caps today. These are the 5 layers I believe investors should understand: 1. Genomics & Infrastructure $ILMN — sequencing backbone $PACB — long-read sequencing $TWST — synthetic DNA infrastructure 2. AI Drug Discovery / TechBio $RXRX — AI + massive biological datasets $SDGR — computational drug discovery / molecular design $ABCL — antibody discovery platform 3. Precision Medicine & Diagnostics $TEM — AI + clinical/genomic data $NTRA — genetic testing + MRD/oncology $GH — liquid biopsy + cancer screening 4. Gene Editing $CRSP — CRISPR + bereits kommerzieller Proof $NTLA — in-vivo gene editing $BEAM — next-gen base editing 5. RNA Medicine $MRNA — mRNA platform $BNTX — mRNA + oncology $ALNY — RNA interference

$RXRX — my investor take $RXRX is interesting because ARK buying 1.5M shares adds institutional conviction, but the bigger reason I’m watching it is that the underlying platform is starting to show more commercial validation. The Tempus relationship was extended through 2029, including a new license tied to Recursion’s RNA foundation model, while Genentech also advanced its first neuroscience target into an early discovery program. The thesis I’m watching is: AI + biological data → better drug discovery → more pharma partnerships → licensing/data revenue → partnered pipeline → successful programs → larger commercial value. The Tempus deal is particularly interesting because it shows Recursion’s AI/data platform can have value outside of its own internal drug pipeline. That’s important for me because it creates another potential monetization path. ARK’s purchase is a positive signal, and BlackRock also increased its position substantially. But I wouldn’t ignore the opposite data: 172 institutions added while 130 reduced, and RXRX insiders have reported 14 sales and 0 purchases over the past six months. The other thing I wouldn’t overvalue is today’s 13% move. With elevated short interest and active options, positioning can amplify a rally. That’s trading mechanics—not necessarily fundamental value creation. What I really want to see is: Tempus/data licensing → more pharma partnerships → upfront/milestone payments → revenue growth → lower cash burn → clinical/partnered pipeline progress → sustainable FCF. The cash position of roughly $557M gives the company some runway, which reduces immediate financing pressure, but this remains a speculative biotech/AI platform. My investor question: Can Recursion turn its AI/data platform into a repeatable commercial engine, rather than relying mainly on investor enthusiasm and future drug-development potential? That’s the part that could make $RXRX much more interesting over the next 3–5 years.
$RXRX is up +40% since its September low. Key stock drivers at a glance: Partnership with Tempus AI ( $TEM): Data collaboration extended through 2029 + $12M licensing deal for the RNA model (TxFM). Efficiency Gains: At the Morgan Stanley Healthcare Conference, reported an average of only ~330 syntheses per drug candidate (vs. ~2,500 industry average) with twice the success rate. Pipeline Progress: REC-4881 leads the clinical programs ($10B+ market potential). Plus, a ~40% cost reduction following the Exscientia integration.

EMERGING MARKETS - THE NEXT DECADE'S PLAY After almost 18 years of underperformance, emerging markets have finally bottomed in 2025 relative to developed markets, as the EM-to-S&P500 ratio shows. Up 25% since its all-time low, one may wonder if this movement is likely to continue. Speaking here about a decade-long trade rather than a short-term bet, the movement likely remains in its early stage. Indeed, with a ratio 78% below its former high, EMs remain the best candidates for a catch up. Valuations are attractive, but what about momentum? Well, with a breakout of the ratio's 5-year moving average and a 2-year MA converging towards it, one can easily say that the momentum also supports a bullish case. No sure bet, but a clear accumulation of positive factors. $EEM used as a proxy. $EWZ $ASEA

Jensen Huang says robotics is going after a $50 trillion manufacturing industry. Instead of buying $TSLA, these are the 10 companies I believe could create millionaires: 1. $ON - onsemi onsemi agreed to buy Synaptics in a roughly $7B all-stock deal built around what it calls the four pillars of physical AI: power, sensing, connected compute and control. It also launched GaNEXUS, a gallium nitride power chip line aimed at AI data centers and robotics. Q2 revenue was $1.60B, up 9%, with its power segment up 19% and Q3 guided to $1.65B to $1.75B.

NUCLEAR STOCKS LOOK INCREDIBLY ATTRACTIVE RIGHT NOW. Here’s the full nuclear thesis 👇 • U.S. Nuclear Renaissance 🇺🇸☢️ ~100 GW → 400 GW nuclear capacity target by 2050 • $2.7B DOE Funding 💰 Supporting domestic LEU + HALEU enrichment • AI Power Demand 🤖 Global data center electricity demand is expected to more than double from ~485 TWh to ~945 TWh by 2030 • 24/7 Clean Power ⚡ AI data centers need reliable, around-the-clock electricity, increasing demand for nuclear baseload power • SMR Deployment ⚛️ Faster licensing and growing government support for advanced reactors Nuclear Scarcity Value 📈 New reactors take years to come online, while demand for reliable 24/7 carbon-free power is surging. • Energy Security 🇺🇸 Domestic uranium, enrichment, and nuclear fuel supply chains are becoming a strategic priority • Among the Safest Energy Sources 🛡️ Nuclear has one of the lowest mortality rates per TWh of electricity generated Jensen Huang: “Nuclear energy is a wonderful way forward as one of the sources of energy.” Bill Gates: “Nuclear energy, if we do it right, will help us solve our climate goals.” Donald Trump: “It’s a wave of the future.” Meanwhile, many nuclear names have pulled back significantly: $BWXT — ~27× Fwd P/E | ~41% below ATH $LEU — ~$3B MC | ~66% below ATH $CCJ — ~65× Fwd P/E | ~34% below ATH $UUUU — ~$2.8B MC | ~59% below ATH $OKLO — ~$7B MC | ~80% below ATH $SMR — ~$3.6B MC | ~84% below ATH $CEG — ~21× Fwd P/E | ~35% below ATH $VST — ~13× Fwd P/E | ~36% below ATH The nuclear thesis hasn’t changed. Policy support. Deregulation. Energy security. Government funding. Advanced reactor deployment. AI-driven electricity demand. Growing global nuclear investment. The nuclear renaissance is becoming a major part of the race to power the next generation of the economy. And many nuclear stocks have already been crushed from their highs. So… Is it time to pull the trigger? 👀☢️
