Natürlich ist SARS-CoV-2 (noch) keine "normale" und endemische Atemwegserkrankung. Auch wenn wir es uns alle so wünschen. Personen die schon ein Ende der Pandemie erklären sind vielleicht einfach keine Expertinnen oder Experten?

Die Covid-Dynamik nimmt weiter Fahrt auf. Von 21 auf 70 stationäre Patienten in 12 Tagen. Die Hälfte muss aufgrund ihrer Symptome oder Risikoprofil auf C19-Normalstation behandelt werden. Planbares wird verschoben. Das Wunschdenken vom Ende der Pandemie löst sich hier gerade auf.

I think its BS. I do not know who came up with the stupid idea that infections are good for you. (Except for very special cases, where infection with a specific mild pathogen may prevent infection with a related specific severe pathogen.)

Persönliche Anekdote: Weil die letzten Tage so oft gefragt wurde: Ich, 3x Geimpft (3. Dezember 2021), 1x Infiziert (BA.2, Ostern 2022); habe mich letzte Woche mit Original/Omikron BA.4/5 impfen lassen. Dank @ChariteBerlin war das als Mitarbeiter kein Problem. Macht Sinn! /Ende
