When it's you or your loved one on the line, you want the three second response time. Before Chow became mayor, the wait was up to 26 minutes. That didn't just feel like a lifetime - it could end one.

Every candidate on the OLP leadership debate stage is talking about investments in education-which is great but only @NavdeepSBains mentions success for kids with special needs

Great answer from @NavdeepSBains "I want to be Premier for the entire province-not just areas around Toronto" talks about engaging grassroots communities up North, rather than via some staff in TO

Ontario Liberals have known Nav for years - as a community advocate, MP and one of Canada's most effective cabinet ministers. So it's no surprise that among Liberal voters, Nav leads in today's poll. When you know someone's record, you trust them with the job.

I’m proud to accept this endorsement from Flavio Volpe, President of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association.
Flavio and I have known each other for years. His support reflects the growing confidence of Toronto’s business and industrial sector in our city.
Together we’re working to protect local jobs in these uncertain times.

At a time when the unhoused population has increased 23% province-wide it is down 8% in Toronto. That alone is worthy of re-election for Olivia Chow.
Replying to @ColinDMello
Here are the stats broken down by large urban areas.
Toronto, which has the highest number of known homeless individuals, saw an 8.2% decrease over the last 4 years.

Whatever happens, Janice Charette is a true Canadian patriot who deserves all our respect. We can argue over the deal but she is one of our finest public servants working right to the end.

Canada’s lead negotiator on the Canada U.S. trade file, Janice Charette, remains at the U.S Trade Representative’s office at this hour in DC.
She has been negotiating for 8 hours today - and was at USTR until 9PM last night

Disgusting. I get everyone does some form of oppo research but this is a gross violation of someone's privacy.

A good education is the foundation for success. Right now our system is crumbling and our kids are paying the highest price.
I'm committed to investing in our system so we can deliver smaller class sizes, more support for teachers and education workers and critical updates to our school infrastructure.
Ontario used to lead on education -- and I know we can lead again.
Let's get work.
People forget, @NavdeepSBains was also around during the first Trump administration as Minister of Industry, where he fought for jobs in Canada and also built key relationships in the U.S.
This could be very helpful for Ontario's future.

As a parent, I love how @NavdeepSBains talks about the education system holistically- smaller class sizes yes but also better overall supports, and resources, and how education is the bigger equalizer. How many more kids can we risk be left out of the system?
