Here are the top quotes from the startup world to keep us all motivated.

There’s $1T up for grabs for agent-first startups and this window is WIDE open. Probably 10,000+ niches. How it plays out: 1. Every SaaS company follows salesforce and goes headless within 18 months 2. a new category of "agent-native" startups emerges that treat salesforce, HubSpot, workday etc as dumb backends. the startup IS the agent. the SaaS is just the database. 3. the entire consulting/services industry around enterprise SaaS gets compressed into software. the agent replaces the implementation team. 4. outcome-based pricing becomes default. nobody pays per seat when the "seat" is an agent making 10,000 API calls a minute. you pay when revenue hits your account. 5. the winning founders are ex-operators who understand a vertical workflow cold. the code is the easy part. knowing that a property manager spends 14 hours a week on lease renewals? that's the insight worth $100M. 6. distribution becomes the moat. when anyone can wire agents to APIs, the company with the audience and the brand wins. media + agents is the new SaaS. There’s a rush to incubate live/short form shows. 7. Silicon Valley goes all influencer. Roy lee gets this. Pat Walls gets this. Sam Parr gets this. 8. the first $1B agent-native company in each vertical will look nothing like the SaaS it replaced. smaller team, higher margins, no implementation cost, no churn from bad UX because there is no UX. the fastest path to wealth right now: find an industry that still runs on dashboards, phone calls, and spreadsheets. build the agent-native version. charge per outcome. own the workflow end-to-end. someone reading this right now is going to build a $100M company off this exact shift. tell me about it on the @startupideaspod when you do. Im rooting for you. Less reading, less bookmarking, more building. the last wave rewarded people who built pretty interfaces on top of ugly data. I think this wave rewards people who build smart agents on top of exposed APIs. Or who just build the APIs themselves Here we go
Welcome Salesforce Headless 360: No Browser Required! Our API is the UI. Entire Salesforce & Agentforce & Slack platforms are now exposed as APIs, MCP, & CLI. All AI agents can access data, workflows, and tasks directly in Slack, Voice, or anywhere else with Salesforce Headless 360. Faster builds, agentic everything. 🚀 #Salesforce #Agentforce #AI venturebeat.com/ai/salesforc…

We made $500K+ from AI characters. 6 characters. 7M+ followers. And we’re just getting started… While everyone else is: copying or selling courses about things they never did. You can copy the system. But you can’t copy the mind behind it. That’s why most people never win. The biggest AI characters selling ebooks right now? Either ours… or our students. I’d put $10K on that. We don’t chase traffic. We own attention. I broke down exactly how we think about this. RT this + comment “guide” and I’ll send it

Matthew Gallagher just recently created a $1B company with AI and 0 employees in just one year. In 30 steps, here’s how: 1. Grew up in a trailer park in Los Angeles. Got his first laptop from his uncle. Self-taught coding from a young age with no formal education. 2. Previously ran a watch subscription company that never turned a profit — taught him the pain of traditional scaling. 3. Mid-2024: Spotted the exploding GLP-1 / Ozempic demand while compounded versions were still legally available through telehealth loopholes before the FDA closed them in February 2025. 4. Starting budget: exactly $20,000. Zero outside capital. 100% bootstrapped from personal savings. 5. Spent the first 2 months (July–August 2024) building the entire tech stack solo using AI — used ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok to write all the code for the website, checkout flow, and backend integrations. 6. Used Midjourney and Runway to generate every ad creative, before/after image, and video asset. Zero photographers or designers hired. 7. Integrated ElevenLabs for voice tools and built custom AI agents to connect all systems — website → doctor network → pharmacy. 8. Built and deployed an AI chatbot for 24/7 customer service. It hallucinated early on (invented drug prices he honored anyway, claimed to sell hair-loss products before they existed) — fixed through manual iteration. 9. Partnered with CareValidate for licensed physicians, prescription processing, and regulatory compliance. No need to build his own medical network. 10. Partnered with OpenLoop Health for pharmacy fulfillment, compounding, and shipping. Medvi never touched the drugs. 11. Launched Medvi publicly in September 2024 — from his living room. Zero employees. Everything AI-generated. 12. Acquired first 300 customers in month one (September 2024) via AI-optimized paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and search. 13. Scaled to 1,000+ more customers in October 2024. ~1,300 total customers by end of month two. 14. Reinvested every dollar of profit immediately into more ad spend and AI iteration. No salaries, no office, overhead near zero. 15. Closed 2025 with $401 million in total revenue — his first full calendar year of operation. 16. Served 250,000 customers by end of 2025. Implied ~$1,604 average revenue per customer. 17. Achieved 16.2% net profit margin on $401M = $65 million in net profit. Nearly 3x higher than Hims & Hers (5.5% margin on $2.4B with 2,442 employees). 18. Hired his first and only employee — his younger brother Elliot — at the end of 2025. Previously truly solo + AI for the entire $401M year. 19. February 2026: Launched men's health offerings. Signed 50,000 new customers in the first month alone. 20. March 2026: Launched a meal delivery service. Further diversification while core GLP-1 business continued scaling. 21. Additional verticals queued: women's health, hair growth, and skincare for later 2026. 22. Early 2026: Daily revenue exceeded $3 million. On pace for a full-year $1.8 billion projection. 23. March 2026: Discovered a HIPAA breach — sequential URLs exposed patient data for all 250,000 customers. Fixed in ~90 minutes using UUIDs. Paid the reporter $1,000 ACH. No NDA, no public notification. 24. February 20, 2026: Received an FDA warning letter citing misleading claims ("Same active ingredient as Wegovy/Ozempic") and implying Medvi was the compounder. 25. Ran an aggressive affiliate ad program — hundreds of Facebook ads appeared under impersonating doctor accounts. Lower vetting than competitors like Hims. 26. Consulted investor Kobie Fuller (Upfront Ventures) who advised "don't raise money if you don't need it." Gallagher followed that advice and retained 100% ownership. 27. His partners at CareValidate and OpenLoop said his pace was "disorienting" and asked if he had an army of people. His reply: "Nope." 28. Core competitive moat: execution velocity + brand. No proprietary tech, no owned pharmacy, no exclusive deals. The model is replicable — AI fluency and speed were the edge. 29. Became the real-world proof of Sam Altman's 2024 prediction of a one-person billion-dollar company. Altman publicly said he "won the bet" and wants to meet Gallagher. Key Stats (as of April 2026) * Startup cost: $20,000 * Time to launch: 2 months * Employees: 2 (vs. Hims' 2,442) * 2025 revenue: $401 million * 2025 net profit: $65 million (16.2% margin) * 2026 run-rate: $1.8 billion ($3M+/day) * AI tools used: 12+ (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and more) * Funding raised: $0 From this new breakthrough, it's clear that NOW in 2026 is the easiest AND best time in history ever to become wealthy by building an online business. now, here's the harsh truth : you are fucking COOKED if you can't make $20K+ per month online in 2026 > you can use AI to generate 300 posts in 15 minutes > you can put words into a PDF and sell hundreds daily for $50+ each > or generate a 120 page ebook in 5 minutes and sell for $500 per copy (2x sales per day for $1K daily) > you can get millions of views without spending a penny on ads > you can hire workers for $2.50/hr from overseas > even this post was written by AI while Alex was asleep 100 years ago you needed your life savings just to START a business today you can start for free on your iPhone in seconds and you're still saying "business is hard" One of my clients named Zain was earning minimum wage at a café in may 2025... now he's making $80K+/month and bought an AMG Mercedes 8 months later, after working with me. to help you guys , I've decided to LEAK the full recording of my $15M+ LIVE masterclass FREE for the next 24 hours 80+ minutes. 130 slides. what's inside: → how I went from $0 → $3.24M sales in 8 months with my digital products business → the exact systems generating $40K+ every 7 days on autopilot → the AI system that writes 300 posts/content in 15 minutes, generating 1M+ views per month → account setup to first sale in under 48 hours → how to hit $10K/month with one $500 digital product → the automation stack that runs everything for $38/month → how to scale to $30K/month with 5+ professional X accounts Comment "X" and I'll DM it to you **must be following + retweet to receive**

three months ago, I walked away from my $350K job to move to SF and build. here's who I am and why I’m looking to join an early-stage team: born in a small village in india got into computer science in college at age 14 joined amazon india as its youngest software engineer worked on large-scale distributed systems for 8+ years learned how real products are built at scale (if you’ve ever wondered how returns and refunds feel so smooth at amazon, ask me) but somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling excited so I decided to build my own projects on nights and weekends. built an AI dance learning app and grew it to 10K+ users won grant from buildspace and multiple hackathons and now I’m looking to join a small, ambitious team solving a problem which makes me jump out of bed every morning if you're building something like that then reach out I'd love to be one of your first engineers to help you take your startup to the next level

How do you assign KRAs and KPIs to your digital marketing team for your DTC brand? Specifically running and scaling Meta/Google ads Early on, there is probably the founder/1 person running end to end. But as the brand start scaling, what are the best practices out there? I can think of the following team structure 1. Digital marketing specialist - Responsible for running ads and bringing sessions at a target cost per session 2. Ecommerce specialist - Responsible for achieving the conversion targets on the website, Also responsible for AOV. So overall revenue target can be on this person This e-commerce specialist also decides the assortment, price-points, Bundling offers, discounts etc So that he/she can take targets on achieving the revenue targets This person will also be then responsible for UX, CRO, creatives etc.. Any other way to do this and divide KRAs and KPIs? @vinodchendhil @ganeshsonawane @Ajain112 how do you guys do it now that your brands are scaling amazingly well? Any best practices to align/incentivise team members and create the right org structure and maximize returns Especially as the brands start scaling

Can you publish the list of what was built.. would love to look at the usecases
We ran India’s OpenClaw Buildathon this Sunday for @GrowthX_Club . 1,000 applied. 30 got in. 8 hours. No slides. All 30 demoed. Every single one. (Someone flew in from Chennai just to be in the room) That's the Pune edition of India's @OpenClaw Buildathon. One brief. Build an AI agent from scratch using OpenClaw. Demo it live. Before we started, I made one promise. You will build your agent in 4 hours. And you will show it to everyone in the room. . . . . . After silence of 8 hours... They walked out having demoed the working agent. But the real thing they walked out with? Confidence. Confidence that they can build with AI. That they can solve their own problems with it. Not someday. Today. That's harder to give someone than a certificate or a prize. You can only earn it by finishing. The difference was in the preparation. We planned for the 20th problem a builder might hit - before anyone hit it. The handbook answered questions before they became blockers. Mentors only had to show up for the hard stuff. Nobody lost flow chasing an answer. @udayan_w wrote exactly why this works. Every barrier he called out showed up in Pune and every solution did too. [link to comment] Joining GrowthX has been consistently proving one of the best decisions I've taken in 2025. Rooms like this are why. Thanks to my co-hosts @hey_yogini and @AlokBhawan72070 for holding the room right. And One2N for the space and the warmth. @OpenAI and @Hostinger - you kept 30 builders unblocked for 8 straight hours. If you compress time, raise the bar, and force demos. People don't just talk about AI. They build. They Ship. They evolve. Pune proved that. Sending love from India @steipete🦞

I just found a Shopify brand publishing 20 AI-generated ads per day 🤯 They've got 900+ ads live in their Facebook Ad Library right now. So I pulled everything and broke down exactly how they're doing it. Perfect for DTC brands & media buyers who want to scale creative without the creator headaches. Most brands are grinding to push out 10 new creatives a month. But Meta's new AI algorithm demands NEW creatives. This brand is shipping 20 AI UGC ads daily. Testimonials. Unboxings. Demos. Lifestyle content. All AI-generated. All scaling. What I found when I dug into their Ad Library: → 900+ total ads running → AI-generated video across every creative → Same product, dozens of different hooks and scenarios → Multiple angles tested every single day → Clear patterns in which creatives are getting spend I recorded a full Loom breaking down: → The AI tools they're using → Exact creative formats that are scaling → Hook structures they keep repeating → How they're keeping brand consistency with AI talent → How to replicate this for your own brand Want the full breakdown? > Comment "SCALE" > Like & bookmark this post And I'll send the Loom over (must be following so I can DM)

Meeting minutes - Has anyone really solved this efficiently end to end? It would be awesome, -> If meetings could be transcribed, ->Action items with owners be automatically added to a task tracker. ->Have weekly reminders to the owners to update status -> send out a pre-meeting status update to everyone before the next follow up meeting Curious, any good workflow that you all are using?

A popular VR game creator has 100,000 people playing his game. He is adding new contests like “make a sandwich as fast as you can while wearing the headset.” He then sells the data to robot companies to help them build their world models Came across this tweet from @Scobleizer. What a brilliant way to monetize

RIP Software engineers? 😳 There are SWEs at Anthropic that don't write code anymore!! We are now 6 to 12 months away from when the model will do most or all of what SWEs do today END to END.. Then its just a question of how fast the loop closes recurrsively - Anthropic's CEO Dario Amodei

No wifi? Unimaginable right?? In the next 2-5 years, you wont be able to imagine your offices and homes without humanoids The pace at which AI and robotics domain is advancing, buying a general purpose self learning intelligent humanoid will be like buying a mobile phone. #AI #robots #humnoids

Here's my first attempt at cloning myself!! Please tell me where I can improve or if there are any other tools that I can use. This is the most dexterous task I’ve seen a humanoid do so far. In reality, the robot is not as fast as what we are seeing here. But I am pretty sure, in the next year or two, this will be unbeatable. This is fully autonomous and is powered by Sharpa’s CraftNet — using tactile feedback to continuously fine-tune the last-millimeter interaction. Continuous reps and feedback loops to get better at a task are one of the best ways for the robot to learn a specific task. Over time, robots will be able to autonomously learn from the physical world, from humans, from other robots through a connected network. What happens to humans and their jobs. Think of any physical task, robots will be able to do 10 times faster, better and cheaper than humans. What do you think will happen to jobs and economy. Will humans be able to find something else to do? How will they survive without a job? I am very curious to know how the world will shape up. Leave your comment with your thoughts. Join me in this journey as I uncover the latest advancements in AI and robotics and will keep sharing with you all. We have to be on top of all the happenings and keep figuring out what our future will look like. See you in the next video
