It's definitely a 'client' word. It's up there with 'whizzy' and 'make the logo bigger'. Gets the point across though better than waving your arms about ;)
According to google this is the meaning of 'A rolling stone gathers no moss'. Is it just me or is that the exact opposite to what it really means – ie, gathering moss is a bad thing and, by rolling, the stone avoids unwanted moss accumulation?? #proverb #amitalkingtheproverbial
