We've released Phase Sync, an automatic latency reduction technique, on Quest / Quest 2. It reduces "early" frames by dynamically adjusting frame timing to minimize waits. In some cases we were able to cut 10 ms out of Quest 2 titles. Check it out: developer.oculus.com/blog/br…
