🌍 Happy #WorldEnvironmentDay! 🌍
🍃Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Practice the three R's in your daily life. Reduce your consumption, reuse items whenever possible, and make recycling a habit. 🍃
This helps minimise waste and conserves resources. ✨

What are #greenroofs and their benefits❔
🌿 Green or vegetation roofs are flat or sloping with vegetation on top such as moss, sedum, grass and herbs. The roofs are realized to support #climateadaptation such as water buffering and reducing urban heat island effect.

I loved seeing #adaptation measures like the Enghaveparken - retention of stormwater underground and in lower sports field areas. As the n'hood was also regenerated in the process, it would be interesting to learn more about whether anti-#gentrification measures were taken.
