in just concluded fcnr scheme Bnk offered upto 7-7.5%, & gave leverage of 9x - 19x @ 5.5% on condition that leverage money goes back to fcnr deposit, technically giving yield of upto 16% pa tax free in $ term. Hedging cost is abt 3% pa. Hw does ths works economically
