Peace is a luxury only few can afford or keep.
You think he got him? 🙃

Style and Image: MidJourney
Video: Seedance 2.0
Let me tell you why camera movement ruins your character consistency.
When you prompt a heavy orbital pan or dramatic tilt, diffusion models have to constantly redraw background perspective and character facial geometry at the same time. This is where face-melting happens.
What you can do to keep your character's face sharp and identical across shots is to keep the camera motion linear (slow dolly-in or tracking shot) and let the actor do the moving.
SUNDOWN SYNDICATE 🤠🔫
Clips from an old project, I abandoned it cause I was still finding my way around AI video Generation and I just didnt have a framework for better execution, I later reused some of the ideas and did a test run with "Jimmy The Gun Slinger" and most of y'all loved the idea...
🤖 Made with AI
I'm still stuck with Seedance 2.0 primarily cause I'm self funded and it actually just really works..
Today's Generation
Trying out a new character JACK STRYKER for a project and its just funny to me that this clip is actually a failed generation, crazy to see how far my technical execution has come in AI animation #animationㅤ

I think the craziest disservice you can do to your journey as an AI-creator is to bot your engagement.
No matter your effort in top-quality AI-film creation, botting your engagement makes your work fake and lack genuinity.
Visibility takes time, don't just dilute the quality of your work in pursuit it.

As an AI-Creator, anyone telling you to "just upscale to 4K inside the platform" has never looked at your monthly bill.
Cloud platforms charge up to 4x your credit allowance just to run a native upscale loop.
If said this before, just simply drop your raw generations to 720p draft mode, lock your edits together, and run them through a local desktop upscaler. That way, you grt free compute and zero markup.
AI enhances creativity, but the cost of accessing these tools is a major hindrance to a lot of creators out there.

As an experienced AI-creator, if you had a strict $50 monthly budget to run an entire AI short film production, how would you split that money between image generation, video motion, and sound/lip-sync tools?
Let's hear from you.

This is a cool trick 😃
MY LITTLE TRICK FOR BETTER POSTERS & THUMBNAILS 👀
Image models still suck at keeping characters perfectly consistent when you’re working from an animated project...so I stopped using them.
Instead, I use Seedance 2.5 as a poster generator.
I feed it my characters + environment and ask it to generate a sequence of radically different cinematic compositions. Then I scrub through the video, find the perfect frame and extract it for my final poster or thumbnail.
Video generation → composition generator → screenshot → poster.
Turns out one of my favorite image generators is actually a video model. 😅
While creating this I hit a lot of copyright walls and that was the whole point of trying it wanted to see if I could bypass the walls and oh boy it was hell, especially with Seedance.. I had no issue with Wan 3.0 tho... Has anyone figured out how to by pass copyright issues?
