Mental health has been a huge priority for me this past year. It’s also been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’m still new, but best unsolicited advice I can give is: slow down and have compassion for yourself. You are your own worst enemy and it will be a constant battle.

Good morning and afternoon y’all. Sorry I’ve been offline quite a bit. I’ve been interviewing these past few weeks, and working on training and transition the replacement in my current role, which has sucked up all my mental energy haha. How are things going?

Little throwback to Twitchcon 2018, where I had my first booth. That was actually launch day for ‘NURV.’ Was a really great experience, and I met a ton of awesome and kind people. Met other energy companies too. Cool guys, some of which copied my formula two months later Lol.

Mental illness is the real epidemic. People bring up so many forms of privilege but neglect to mention the sheer disadvantage someone with mental health troubles has vs those who don’t, at least to a degree that can be debilitating at times. That’s called mental privilege.
