I've had few recent pings on good house deals here, posted some popular samples last year; not watching the space much but quick surf seems same market volume and value. For fun, 1970s build in Toyama, decent size location and condition - reserved for family w/kids - is Free.. 😉

See Western Canadian Select just broke $100.. considering All Time High in summer of 2008 was $115, when CAD~USD forex was about par, Alberta oil has been selling at record domestic exchange rate.. 😏
On March 30th 2016 we hosted our annual Hanami event, great fun as always with usual cheeky 'Happy Hours' agenda. It wasn't planned~known that would be last Mobile Monday Tokyo gathering, after ±130 meet-ups since 2004 debut, shed no tears it ended, just smiles it happened.. 😎
