The 'Aha!' moment isn't just about users finding a feature; it's when they internalize how your app makes their life better or easier. Understanding that perceived value is key for a product people want to pay for.

Big @toddledev announcement coming ...
Coming back to @toddledev after trying that AI prompt bs
Imagine what they’ll think when they discover real designers still make wireframes with pen and paper
Designers are launching websites in @framer, web apps in @lovable and apps in @createwithplay and you still design mockups in Figma...
🙃

Say it louder for the people in the back… it is something that we so often miss.
I have to tell my team this every week, we have a bunch of really talented individuals, and I believe that we will be just fine in this new age, especially bc Ai does help the non technical users accomplish more.
We still employ a full dev team to implement projects but AI is good to iterate & ideate around ideas for us designers.

I just hacked multiple @lovable 'top launched' sites
Wait—what?
In less time than it took me to finish my lunch (47 mins), I extracted from live production apps:
💰Personal debt amounts
🏠Home Addresses
🗝️API keys (admin access)
🔥Spicy Prompts
Screenshots in thread 🧵
Not as a hacker - as a curious dev with 15 lines of Python.
This isn't a breach story (I reported it), this is a wake-up call.
Be cautious which 'vibe coder' you trust with your personal data.

People: you better use ai or you will be so far behind & lose out.
People “using” ai:
Product design is not just throwing pretty icons and buttons on a page.
Product design is a research and thinking process that takes time and involves theory, psychology, understanding and talking with real users, and reading between the lines.
Don’t underestimate design.
With all the new awesome features @toddledev is introducing, it’s very hard to prefer to build things with prompts.

"Where we're going, we don't need roads". With the latest update from @createwithplay we actually don't need separate design and code editors to create a mobile app. What a time to be a designer!
The future is AI + Augmented reality inside a pair of glasses with cameras.
People displaying routes to get somewhere, live subtitles and translations, displaying information about places, things and even people.
Product will have a new exciting challenge.
Think about that.
My issue with glorifying Vibe coding and other types of AI generation content is this.
When the human has the lead and the knowledge, the quality of the result (App, image, etc) improves over time
With AI tools it is the opposite, with more prompts the results keep degrading.
I'm sure AI will keep improving, but this is not near replacing the knowledge and experience of an engineer, a designer, an artist.
The first shot is amazing but not maintainable over time without an actual human taking the lead.
