Quick fact sheet for everyone:
1. Where is this role based?
This is a remote role - no relocation expectations
2. What makes a good use case?
A good use case is something with product market fit - build for the people. Something that solves a problem, something that you use, and something that others would use
3. How can I stand out?
Prove that your use case is something people need. I firmly believe in building in public, and showing it to the world and getting people to use it is what proves real fit. Even if you arent picked, youve built a product you can share, sell, or use yourself
4. Is there free credits?
Yes, feel free to use this promo code for 1-month free: STARTER1MO-MKY4BNDK. If there are issues, DM me
5. How do I get started?
Fork the repo, build in a public github account, post on X or LinkedIn and tag us!
6. When is the deadline?
No deadline, we will hire if we find the right fit. If there isn't the right fit, we will continue looking

Local AI just got 1000x EASIER
- Install ODS
- Let it detect your hardware
- It will download the best model for your hardware
- And then start local inference and Open WebUI for you
With ODS, you can
> Add voice, agents like Hermes, workflows, RAG, search, image generation, and more
> Manage the whole stack from one dashboard
Now your PC, Mac, or Linux box is a private AI server

NVIDIA built a AI that nukes 30 years of animation technology.
They open-sourced a model that generates 350,000 motion skills in real-time, at 15,000 fps with just 2ms latency.
It’s called MotionBricks, an AI framework built to generate real-time character and humanoid motion at scale.
→ Intuitive smart primitives for quick scene authoring.
→ Integrated into NVIDIA's GR00T robotics stack.
→ Zero mocap. Zero rigging.
→ Runs in real-time

Someone told me using Blender through MCP is like using an iPhone for the first time. And I love city games.
So I described Manhattan and Claude Opus built 45,000 real buildings, landmarks, traffic on the street grid in around 2.5 hours.
I still can't really use Blender. #b3d

Microsoft open-sourced a 4B model that turns any image into a production-ready 3D asset in 3 seconds.
It’s called TRELLIS.2, a fully textured, physically accurate 3D models with PBR textures out of the box.
→ Full PBR (base color, roughness, metallic, opacity)
→ Handles hair, cloth, glass, non-manifold geometry
→ Exports .glb ready for Unity/Unreal/Blender
→ Runs locally, ships in 3 seconds
It's not a demo or a research preview. The full training codebase is public.
You can fine-tune it on your own asset library and get a model that generates in your studio's exact style.

🇲🇾 I'm Malaysian, so watching @balajis's Network School (@ns) get its license pulled in Johor isn't abstract for me
The concept was good. It brought real energy into a near-empty city. It still got shut down. If you're a Western founder looking at Asia, don't read the headline. Read why:
1. You're a guest here. Not a disruptor
The whole network-state pitch runs on "permissionless," but Asia runs on permission, and permission is earned. Local law and sovereignty aren't friction to engineer around. The moment your project looks like it thinks it sits above them, it's already over. You just find out later
2. Trust comes first, not after you scale
The Western instinct is raise, grow fast, apologize later. It doesn't translate here. You build the relationship, you earn face, you move quietly, and then you're allowed to grow. Walking in pitching fast-track visas and an RM500m expansion before anyone trusts you is the whole thing backwards
3. How you handle friction matters more than being right
Going public, openly asking the PM for a "deal," hinting you'll take your community elsewhere if you're not wanted, that's all perhaps normal in western culture. Here it's the move that ends you. Threatening to leave isn't leverage. It's an insult. Things get sorted quietly, over relationships, not on your timeline
4. And respect the local lines. All of them
Every country has things that aren't up for a founder's debate. You don't have to agree. You do have to remember you're in someone else's house, on their soil, under their rules
Here's the part that stings
You can vibe-code a product, arbitrage cheap tokens, and move a whole community overnight. You cannot arbitrage trust. It's slow, it's earned in person, and it's the one thing the move-fast playbook has no shortcut for
The West optimizes for permissionless
We run on permission
Learn that before you land
Not after they shut you down
KENYATAAN MEDIA
PEMBATALAN LESEN PERNIAGAAN DAN ARAHAN PENGHENTIAN OPERASI NS0 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (NETWORK SCHOOL) DI FOREST CITY
1. Kerajaan Negeri Johor mengambil maklum dan menyokong sepenuhnya keputusan Mesyuarat Penuh Khas Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP) untuk membatalkan lesen perniagaan serta mengarahkan semua aktiviti NS0 Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
6. Sehubungan itu, Kerajaan Negeri menggesa Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) serta agensi keselamatan berkaitan meneruskan siasatan dan mengambil tindakan tegas sekiranya terdapat penyalahgunaan pasport kedua, salah nyata identiti, pelanggaran syarat kemasukan atau apa-apa kesalahan di bawah undang-undang Malaysia.
11. Semua perkara diatas telah disembah maklum serta perkenan kepada Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong serta Duli Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Mahkota Ismail, Pemangku Sultan Johor.
Sekian.
ONN HAFIZ GHAZI
Menteri Besar Johor
