I finished 5th out of 898 in the Smogon online tournament! Faced a tough matchup in top 8 and my opponent played really well. Thankful for all the support especially @ddee_ssbu for building and ev advice. Super proud of the run and looking forward to more Champions next season.
Regarding the current sign-up process for the VGC International Championships. The goal is to open a CONSTRUCTIVE dialogue.
There are other medium/long term solutions to this issue. The solution outlined below is the most realistic and achievable imho.

Yoo congrats dude,
It’s also crazy you played @vgcbrain round 2, because people can play both you and him in black and white 2’s world tournament
837 points on the year. I’m incredibly thankful for the incredible friends I made during the journey. Huge thanks to @MrRishiTTV @manicpixiegirle @ZanzibarVgc @Playmaker_Poke @_yotam_ and everyone else i couldn’t find on here. Excited to play next season in its entirety.
has anyone faced more than 10 different restricteds at a reg g major? i just played against 10 in this order:
Miraidon
Groudon
Calyerex Ice
Koraidon
Kyogre
Rayquaza
Lunala
Reshiram
Calyrex Shadow
Calyrex Ice
Zacian
ATL was a blast. hyped to see all my friends in Milwaukee
to the person who had a 4-1 pokemon lead and had our game not count im sorry that this game sucks. the server crashed before i could put in my last mon to forfeit and the game didn’t count. also not a confirmed pattern but that happened directly after a tera + double ko.
finished 101 at vancouver. it was super fun seeing everyone and making new friends. ready to grind for ATL
late gc post featuring an image captured mere hours before asphyxiation. mega (ma)choke confirmed listen to your elders kids. at least i managed points i think? super excited to see all my peeps at vancouver 😎
🧵Why GC details needs to change:
1. The game is not stable enough to support a fair competition. Between game crashes and general connectivity issues, wins will be voided and losses will be distributed unfairly, which is required to disincentivize intentionally disconnecting.
4. The bad actors are aware of the boundaries and abuse the current rules to gain a competitive advantage. They recognize that by disconnecting at certain points they have a good chance of not increasing the rating of the field with the same result as a forfeit.
