💀🥀 #MyTwitterAnniversary
Great timing on "Twitter's" behalf reminding me of this before it changes 😂

The 600-mile trip to Belgium was my absolute highlight with the Cortina! Had an epic adventure through Europe with @veritywebb_ and attended a Belgian Ford meet. The car performed faultlessly, comfortably and economically! youtube.com/watch?v=p7ZdwNBT…

First time competing at nationals as Hailsham YFC 💛🖤 For our first season, with 5 months training and the first time we pulled live we gave it our all. We won one end against a team that represent England and gave everyone else a bloddy good fight to the end 💪

PB 🏋♀️🎉 80kg
It's not perfect but I can work on depth and form! For now I'm chuffed as I set out that I would squat 80kg before the week ended and I did it 🙌

Super video by my mate! Well worth the watch - no script, no quick Google of information just pure knowledge of so many cars 🙌
Some nifty camera work by moi too 😜 super proud of him and grateful I got to come along for the ride 😊

Park run #17 - 30.26 🏃♀️
Special day as it was the Platinum Jubilee pacer day 🇬🇧👑 8 weeks since my last park run and it felt so un-natural to run long distance but 10 minutes in got into a comfortable rhythm 🙌 Great start to Saturday! Roll on Eastbourne Carnival 💃🎉

Good morning everyone, please accept our apologies for the silence over the last few months.
Our committee have been working very hard behind the scenes, booking venues, exciting guests and activities for this year's #HailshamFestival! 😁

From Cape Town, to Edinburgh, to Brugge, our Mk3 Cortina has come a long way geographically as well as figuratively! After thousands of miles in this gorgeous car, consider this Ford outsider not just converted, but besotted!
Park run #16 - 28.47 🏃♀️
That's so frustrating to be 13 seconds slower than last week 😑 Felt comfortable and sprited to the finish line to try and make up some time but alas it didn't happen this morning. But now I know I can push it a little harder next week! 💪
