It is time for WSU to have a mindset shift. There is no time to be down in the dumps, we need to realize how great we have it and choose to be great #GoCougs

This sentiment from the First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California is dangerous and wrong.
Responsible public voices should be awaiting a full investigation, not making generalizations and demonizing law-abiding citizens.
If you approach law enforcement with a gun, there is a high likelihood they will be legally justified in shooting you.
Don’t do it!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The U.S. Constitution (particularly the 2nd, 4th, and 14th amendments) prohibit officers from shooting citizens merely for possessing a weapon that is not an “imminent threat”. This was reaffirmed in Graham v Connor, which says force must be reasonable.

So he throws a fit, forces our allies to deploy actual military assets, puts the stock market in free fall, brings into question the strength and durability of NATO, incures the wrath and anger of the people of Greenland, and emboldens our geopolitical allies across the globe all to get what could have been gotten in a single request made over a thirty minute phone call from a nation and autonomous region that were already our allies with a history of broad cooperation going back over 80 years!?
This isn't 4D chess, this isn't even thumbless checkers, this is making mud pies out of kitty litter when your mom has a home made apple pie waiting for you five feet away on a picnic blanket.

All #GoCougs should follow @Jon_Haarlow if you want to get the true pulse of what’s happening. Our Prez set the course with her vision and then empowered this AD to get some serious sh*t done. No AD has ever worked this hard, be this passionate…and I’ve seen many. #LFG

This is a damning piece about a torture prison that is being used by the Trump administration. That’s why the piece was pulled. All Americans deserve to see this story. Shame on Bari Weiss.

Why NIL and @CougCollective? This.
While I care about our athletes, I dedicate my time to raising funds for NIL to protect the value of my degree from Washington State University.
It isn't all about sports. It's about making sure our university stays known and relevant.

At @CougsFirst in Spokane, President Cantwell emphasized the greatness of WSU's education and research and what it means to be a Coug.

No B.S., if you care for college sports @CodyC64 is a must follow. He's fighting for all of us.
The TV Networks (specifically Fox and ABC) are refusing to run this ad for @SavingCollSprts today during the games.
No good reason given as to why - just ignoring us or telling us to contact their attorneys. The General Council for one major network told me it was a “business decision”. This was AFTER we’d sent them a large wire to pay for the ads!
Why would the networks want to silence a legitimate debate around an issue that affects hundreds of thousands of kids and is existentially threatening to women’s sports and Olympic sports? What is the “business reason” that overrides the benefit and enjoyment that college sports provide to tens of millions of Americans?
What are they hiding??
If there was ever a question that money, control, and greed are being prioritized over student athletes, fans, and communities…Here you go!!
We all knew that the current situation in college sports seemed very slimy and was driven by people who couldn’t care less about the common good…. But we had no idea how bad it truly is!!
It’s become obvious…We have to drain the swamp that College Sports have become!!
This fight isn’t about me, and it certainly isn’t about TV ads - it’s much bigger. It’s about doing what is right and necessary to save a great American institution. I promise that I won’t stop fighting until we are successful in solving this problem, and I know I can count on many of you to join me!
