Yesterday I had the best train journey ever in my history of UK train travel while using a wheelchair, all thanks to @TPExpressTrains & their wonderful staff. First time ever travelling with no ramp problems or access disasters. Train was clean & comfy too. I'm so happy!
.@Iberia I filed a claim for a refund using your online form. Your (only) reply acknowledged receipt and promised resolution in 20 days. That was 2 months ago. But there is no way to for me to pursue once that form has been marked 'received'. Now I have to resort to social media!
Help! What can be done about @Iberia airline prob? What kind of public customer service push exists nowadays? Recommend something please...
Does anyone know what to do about @Iberia? Only response to my claim has been to tell me they'd resolve refund issue in 20 days. Sent 2 months ago... Their customer service design makes it impossible to give the original claim form a push/reminder/query.

This is devastating: @edinhelp @EdinOutdoors you have destroyed one of our decades old mature cherry trees in White Park. Trees are precious to our highly polluted, densely-populated urban area.
Why on earth??
Before and After 🌸🌳😥

Help required! Debit card blocked for 'suspicious activity'. Phone number for this does not connect. Ever. @RoyalBank 'help' tells me to just call the number... 2 weeks now with no card (stuck in unpaid hostel) @royalbank says again "call this number". Disconnected. AAARGGH!!
Festive revelations! The humiliating ableism & inaccessible hell of Uni is not something for me to just live with/ write about, but to STUDY! There may actually be supportive unconventional access to MSc (then PhD) to study with people who enable & enlighten instead of mocking.
'The Unexpected Urban Wildlife of Quarantined Edinburgh', my strange and intricate colouring book for adults/ colouring book for strange and intricate adults - now has a website of its own! Its gone feral: theunexpectedurbanwildlife.c…
There are many, many reasons why each painting takes so much longer than anticipated.
Most of the reasons are hairy.
Perhaps of interest to @Riverflies @ForthEstuary
@nature_scot & @EdinburghShore1 & fans.
Here is a slice of the art I enjoy creating to promote the importance of water ecosystem research & education.
Of course, if one of you would like your own water artist in residence...🧐
I enjoyed writing this blog post for the @ScottishBirding ornithologists, reflecting on the harbour birds I'd been watching exactly a year ago. the-soc.org.uk/get-involved/…. .

"From the boat I get to witness Scotland’s rich array of coastal fortifications, lighthouses, islands, cliff colonies & castles as all outsiders would have seen them: by approaching from the sea."
@velocityM blogs on exploring Scotland's coasts. ow.ly/dVDj50FuZSK #YCW2021
Delighted to add that 'The Unexpected Urban Wildlife of Quarantined Edinburgh' (strange colouring book for people/ colouring book for strange people) can now be found on the bookshelves of the Scottish Ornithologists' Waterston House Gallery in Aberlady. Carpe curlews:
