I was 23, working full-time, and attending grad school at night.

Beautiful sun for the Blue Angels practice today. It also prompted me to write my annual #MelanomaAwarenessMonth post.
We all have busy schedules, but please don't skip routine skin screenings. Early detection saves lives—I’m incredibly grateful my melanoma was caught at Stage 1.

She rounded out the menu with homemade bagels, apple-fennel sausage bites, “rat rolls,” & rye stuffing. She made the cranberry sauce & apple pie with date sugar.
