.@Delta and now you all reticketed us, we only have one of 3 seats and the reservation is messed up such that TSA won't let us thru security. HELP!!
. @Delta I have an infant in arms on my ticket & your system won't let anyone check me in and issue boarding pass. Not me, not airport agent, not the station manager. Your help phone num just hangs up. Wtf??
Thank you @NYCSpeakerAdams for taking action on this crisis and thank you @CMCarlinaRivera for cosponsoring! We need more housing in *everybody's* backyard in NYC. And once we set an example here it will be harder for upstate NIMBYs to fight their fair share!

Thank you to all 33 of my @NYCCouncil colleagues co-sponsoring this important legislation!
So good to know in hindsight...

Good Afternoon. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. A review of the operating records showed that the 3:02 PM train from Grand Central Terminal to New Haven departed at 3:03 PM from Track 20. ^psp
Completely unacceptable. This is why even the most ardent transit advocates have a hard time answering people who question why we should throw more money at @MTA with Congestion Pricing

@MetroNorth what happened to train 6538?? Everything shows track 19 departure. Hundred of ppl waiting. No train.
How about just "man dies..."? Leading with cyclist makes it about the mode and is also a dog whistle to many people for 1) entitled MAMIL road biker
2) "scofflaw cyclist" who was probably doing something wrong
Here’s a few better headlines:
"Cyclist dies after being hit by driver" or
"Cyclist dies from failure to regulate large pickup trucks" or
"Cyclist dies after city prioritizes cars over people for gazillionth day"
This needs to stop.

I'm not sure there's ever been a better illustration of both the American Cult of the Car and the American Deference to the Rich than this extremely sympathetic profile of a wealthy woman who killed 2 kids driving 80 MPH in a residential neighborhood while inebriated
Remember back when the Macy's floats were bigger than the trucks pulling them? #tbt
