Day 2: -24$ (realized some Losses from Last Week) Normally down like 10$ and i learnt a lot of new stuff today so bad day still but go next

When I'm down $5, I stop trading for the day but keep watching charts. I note what's moving, why it's moving, and what I missed. Next morning I review my trades with a clear head. Only pre-researched setups from here on no FOMO, no revenge.
