Big milestone for AI people
Small-but-happy win: If you tell ChatGPT not to use em-dashes in your custom instructions, it finally does what it's supposed to do!

Hot take: its super critical that your product provides value without AI. OpenAI can topple startups with one dev day, if you product provides value without AI features its much stronger. If your core product is centered on AI, find and build a non-AI moat. Could be community, partners, new features, etc. Feel free to roast my hot take.

Mariner fans fighting for their life trying to overpower that "Let's Go Blue Jays" chant. If you're a season ticket holder that bought seats just to post them on a resale site for profit, you suck. 🖕

Claude just added skills, so you can save your brand/marketing context in instructions. Seems like these are primarily curated prompts, but excited to check them out.
Claude can now use Skills. Skills are packaged instructions that teach Claude your way of working.

Worst part about AI is being someone who uses dashes when they type.

Authenticity and being a real human is more important than ever now. I use AI all the time, but its my junior employee not my editor in chief.
"The quantity of AI-generated articles has surpassed the quantity of human-written articles being published on the internet"

So much of marketing is having a repeatable system you can follow so you don't get overwhelmed and burn out.
The math behind a $1M per year online business: - $83k per month - Which is $2,767/day - Which is 28 customers at $99/each - Which is 1,400 web visitors/day at 2% conversion How do you get 1,400 web visitors a day? • SEO • X growth • Newsletter • LinkedIn systems

Yeah never do this.
If you're booking time slots in someone's Calendly or SavvyCal only to market your SaaS product in the description and then don't show up for a call, you're not "disrupting marketing." You're burning bridges.

The first 4 are crucial - get this right and you will have a winning story: 1. Goal: What are they trying to achieve? 2. Pain: Why can't they reach their goal? 3. Promise: How will your solution fix their pain? 4. Proof: What proof do you have that confirms your promise?
Best marketing formula: Pain → Promise → Proof → Price → CTA
