I have never experienced something so terrible, the customer service is TRASH, they pass you around, repeat the same question, I told the lady today I’m recording her & she kept talking & coughing down the phone. Then I went in store, even worse!! So incompetent @ATT I’m tired

Here's some basic etiquette for people who decide to text someone asking for a favour;
1. Greet the person (a simple Hi, Hello, Good Morning/Evening will do)
2. Ask how they are doing
3. Judging by the prev answer, decide whether your request is appropriate or if you should wait
