This is an @_ajawilson22 appreciation post. Owner Mark Davis paid $2M for the Aces in 2021. They are estimated to be worth $421M today. A’ja was drafted in 2018 and is a huge reason this team is worth what it is now — four MVPs, three WNBA titles. I know the WNBA GMs said if they were starting a WNBA team, they would pick Paige Bueckers and I get that because of her age/ability. But A’ja isn’t even 30. I’m picking her.
