A year ago I left my lovely Sussex Uni colleagues and travelled to Nepal for my Himalayan adventure with my sister before starting at Cardiff University. So much adventure a year ago and at each phase of that journey I have worked with and travelled with wonderful people. – at Nepal

Have you seen @ABBAVoyage ? We did today, what a treat on a wet Sunday in January. It has almost unbelievable ABBA avatars, fantastic lighting and of course the music is the star of the show & timeless. Maybe booking to go again - this time in a dance booth 🕺🏿

An amazing evening with our ⁦@Girlguiding⁩ Brownies in Bath Waitrose collecting for ⁦@ChiIdreninNeed⁩. We raised over £100 from customers to add to the £165 the brownies raised at home through sports challenges and bake sales. Amazing efforts! ⁦@GirlguidingBath⁩ – at Bath, England

At the reSHAPE event at the stunning new @BritishAcademy_. We’re exploring how SHAPE researchers and research are a force to advance social and economic causes and how the skills of SHAPE grads & academics are highly sought after. Looking forward to AI & innovation sessions later

Landore marsh in N Gower is such a contrast to S Gower beaches, but equally beautiful for a days walk. It reminds me of my time time living in @WivenhoeTown on the Essex coast, with the tidal creaks and abandoned boats. – at Swansea, Wales

With 22nd Walthamstow Brownies and our advocates Hilary and Millie, we spoke to lots of MPs about everything from appearance pressures to our favourite games. We also had plenty of dance breaks ✌️

It’s great to see my name on an electric van at my university! My van is part of an EV fleet purchased as part of our net zero plans. Other vans names are Pen E Van, Sos-fan-Fach and Myfanwy. Great initiative ⁦⁦⁦@cardiffuni⁩ 😀
