Digging through game files and sharing such properties is against the law. Infold has every right to protect their intellectual properties.
Models that have been shared (such as Chibi MMD models) are models that were given permission by infold themselves that they can be used by players freely for content creations.
However sharing mined data files is not permitted, and in fact illegal in itself. Infold has already stated in ToS that unpacking game data files is prohibited.
This message that's publicly posted is to serve as a warning and show the public that, Infold is always aware of things that are on social media platforms and will not hesitate to protect their game rights.
Mind you, in the first place, mining data files is illegal in every other game, not just LaDS.
"Why not dm?" bro. they are using this example to serve as a warning that they wouldn't hesitate to take legal action. The OP should have known that what they've done is illegal in the first place.
And... for your own sake. Please do what they ask you to do. Stop digging the grave deeper for yourself. Don't be surprised if they take an actual legal action and send it to you.
The content you have shared appears to involve the unauthorized extraction and distribution of our game assets, which constitutes a serious violation of our intellectual property rights. We have conducted a preliminary investigation, gathered the necessary evidence, and will take appropriate legal action.
We request the immediate removal of the infringing content. Please cease any further distribution in any form and issue a public clarification and apology to mitigate the negative impact this incident may have caused.
