How to turn this mess into an agreement which sees negotiated market share in return for production outputs inline with the Paris Agreement?
Saudi will increase production past 10 million bpd in April, when cuts expire.
Right now they're producing at 9.7m bpd
They can go as high as 12 million bpd.
Other OPEC will likely follow suit. #OOTT
