Replying to @token_works
@token_works is giving anyone the ability to launch their own fully onchain NFT Gacha Pool and monetize the speculation around it
Every pool becomes a new fee generating market, with protocol value flowing back into buybacks and burns of ethereum:0xa0df17b5ac76ababa36e1450e2cbcd18a620c845

A new chapter has begun.
NFD has officially transitioned to BIC
This migration represents half a decade of building true internet culture on-chain.
We’re proud to share that Running Away Balloon meme and its official $Balloon token has the active backing of BIC founder @Cryptopathic and the @BIC_dao community. 🎈🤝
When strong communities align, big things follow. 🚀

I agree that ZEC is severely underpriced relative to ETH, SOL, BNB and the rest of the L1s.
Where I disagree is the idea that BTC and ZEC are competing to be money but ETH and SOL are not. These are all L1s afterall, BTC an ZEC just aren't looked at in the same breath because there is very little developer activity. Having little to no developer activity, or little to no activity on your chain, doesn't exactly increase your case as sound money.
Valuing an L1 on fees is like valuing the dollar on tax receipts. Fees are costs to users, and every chain is trying to push them toward zero. BTC generates no revenue and it is the largest asset in the space. The value of L1s was never, and will never be on "cashflows." It is in the monetary premium.
Every L1 is a country, and its native asset is that country's currency. It is the unit of account for blockspace, the collateral base of the onchain economy, the asset staked to secure the chain, and now the asset sitting on corporate balance sheets and inside ETFs. This is not the behavior of an equity but of money.
You can argue SOL or BNB is not money in the fundamental sense, or that it is bad money. I have made that argument myself. But bad money is still on the moneyness spectrum.
What makes money sound: privacy, distribution, velocity, history, infrastructure, security, and subjectivity.
ZEC is getting repriced because it matches the leaders on those properties at a fraction of the price. Bitcoin's supply cap and issuance schedule, best in class privacy with a ton of supply now shielded, and the most advanced quantum roadmap of any major chain.
ETH is the only other asset that checks every box. Over a decade of uptime, the widest distribution of holders and validators, the deepest collateral base in crypto, and the largest share of stablecoins and tokenized assets settling on it. It is slower on privacy and quantum, but both are on the roadmap and both are solvable. I still believe ETH becomes the dominant money of the web.
BNB and SOL are longshots. BNBs moneyness is tethered to a single company. SOL has the outages, the validator concentration, and the shortest history of the group. Both the SOL and BNB foundations dont even see their asset as money and are optimizing for throughput not on sound money.
ZEC, ETH, and maybe BTC as the winning monies. SOL and BNB I have no interest in.
This is the cope used by Ethereum, Solana, or other L1 maxis. Everybody uses our protocol so it has to go up. Unfortunately the L1’s don’t capture that value
Consider the 100s of billions to 100s trillions of business value that transacts across Verizon or AT&T or Cisco or any other Internet/connectivity provider. Unfortunately those stocks trade nowhere near to that value because they don’t capture any of it
That’s The L1’s. They might facilitate massive growing economies but nobody has made a coherent argument as to why that will actually make the token go up
