‼️ UPDATE: A researcher says the Broadcom Wi-Fi router bug affects way more countries.
The vulnerable code is also in ZTE's F680 v4, which ISPs from Spain to Vietnam, Egypt and Moldova offer.
Three Movistar Spain routers appear affected. Broadcom still won't assign a CVE.

Keep in mind that Musk cutting off Starlink to Ukrainian Forces doesn't affect Ukraine's strikes on Russian territory, as it's already blocked there.
This is Musk purely attempting to limit Ukraine's strikes on Russians INSIDE Ukraine.
Any European governments using Starlink need to understand that the pro-Russian owner of Starlink will cut your defenses at any time if the price is right.

❗️Last night, the operation of Starlink terminals in Ukraine was restricted.
Connectivity began to drop when moving at speeds exceeding 160 km/h. As a result, a number of critical missions were disrupted.
SpaceX likely took these measures at the request of the Trump administration. Also last night, when Kyiv was attacked by ballistic missiles, Ukraine did not receive intelligence regarding their launch— a failure that could have led to higher casualties.
Ukraine did not attack Russian oil refineries, yet Trump has already begun imposing sanctions on my country. Meanwhile, sanctions against Russia have been eased.

Hey, @elonmusk, big man, are you playing politics with your products again?
As your European customers, we are watching you.

Vyacheslav Shiryaev:
@YandexBank is on the brink of collapse: customers are withdrawing funds en masse, while the bank attempts to retain them with a record-high deposit rate — 20% per annum with no strings attached. When a bank offers a yield one and a half times higher than the Central Bank's key rate, it is time to close all accounts and run. Yandex Bank ranks among the top ten banks by volume of retail deposits; its collapse could trigger a "domino effect" across the entire banking system.
Earlier, the @YandexPay press service confirmed that customers were unable to access or manage their deposits. The service's support team failed to respond even on WhatsApp and Telegram — platforms they had directed panicked customers to when those customers lost access to their funds.
Yandex Pay has been unable to restore transfer and payment capabilities for users for two days now. Transfers via "Safes" (savings pockets), the Faster Payments System (SBP), and standard bank details are all unavailable. Users cannot see their money or access their funds. Dmitry Pirogov, the head of the service, has asked users encountering errors to "wait a little." As a "soothing measure," the company is offering a payment holiday: "Super Split" or loan payments due during this period will not be marked as overdue. However, late fees will still accrue—though users can theoretically dispute them via customer support, which is currently non-functional.
@Yandex's payment service halted operations on October 11 following a drone attack on the company's data center in #Vladimir. Users reported being unable to open the app or make payments and transfers.

UPDATE: I can confirm that the Ledger supply chain is compromised in Europe as well. @Ledger should initiate an immediate product recall to protect users.
I just purchased a second device from a different Mediamarkt location today, recorded the unboxing process, and discovered spyware once again (video linked in the second tweet).
The device was compromised in the exact same manner, featuring identical modifications (such as additional cables and an LTE module). This indicates its a widespread issue rather than an isolated incident, potentially affecting Ledger inventory across MediaMarkt and Saturn stores throughout Europe (comprising over 1,000 stores across 11 countries).
My initial hypothesis was that these devices were returns that looked unopened to the employees and were just sold again as new however, a MediaMarkt employee confirmed that the device I purchased was not a return, and that returned Ledgers are sent directly back to the manufacturer rather than resold.
Store records show the inventory originated from Aqipa GmbH. While Ledger's CTO was unsure if Aqipa serves as the direct distributor between Ledger and MediaMarkt, it appears to be the case. Given that Aqipa distributes across Europe, any physical retail store receiving stock through them may be at risk.
I sent the first ledger to mark and the second one is going to ledger now, so that they can analyse it.
If you purchased a ledger from anyone other than the official ledger store, make sure to check your device!!
