We’ve officially wrapped up two consecutive weekends of tryouts in Blacksburg, VA, and Charlottesville, VA, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!
I’ll be in touch with everyone this week regarding next steps. Thank you again to all the players and families for your time, effort, and interest in our program!
We’re excited to welcome Kendall Long (2028) to the VA Impact family! 💜
Kendall is a 5’7” PG/SG from West Virginia. She’s a high-IQ player on the offensive end and a tough perimeter defender. 🔒
Kendall helped lead James Monroe to a state championship and picked up a couple of scholarship opportunities over the summer. 💍
Big junior year ahead for this one! 📈

We’re excited to welcome Jocelyn “Jocie” Rudd (2028) to the VA Impact family! 💜
Jocie is a 5’8” PG/SG from Kentucky who can do it all on the offensive end and lock it down on the defensive end. 🔒
College coaches, you’ll want to get your eyes on this kid! She’s tough! 👀💪

VA Impact is one of the hottest travel programs anywhere in Virginia. We have another 10-plus scholarship opportunities coming up over the next month or so. We have D1 coaches dropping into open gyms to check out our players, 95% of our program is returning, and we already have over 30 new players signed up for tryouts. A few of them already have scholarship offers. 📈 #Together #BuildIt

Excited to announce that I have received an offer from Roanoke College I’m so thankful for the opportunity to continue playing the game I love at the next level. Looking forward to what God has in store! @RoanokeWBB @va_impact
Four years ago, we never knew where the journey would lead. Now, Aden is a sophomore in college, finding success on the court and making her mark on the game she loves.🏀
But what makes us most proud isn’t the points, stats, or the accomplishments on the court. It’s watching her use her faith and her platform to spread the Gospel, encourage others, and change lives along the way.
The athlete is impressive, but the young woman she’s becoming is even greater. Keep shining, keep leading, and keep letting God use you. 🙏💕
