Biggest lesson I've learnt as a 22 y/o founder:
"Look after your people, and your people will look after you."
Just returned form a 7 day trip with some of the team at @v21studio - this business holiday came as a reward for the teams awesome hard work this year!
All the late nights, weekends and crunch times.
What started as a joke "if we 2x our MRR by EOY I will personally put $10K towards a team holiday", turned into reality.
Super grateful for the team we've built, the connections we've made and the bonds we've made stronger.
Time to crush December 🫶
