I’m looking for technical builders working with AI to join us at TSG Labs.
People who can talk to customers, prototype solutions, build the integrations, and get them into production.
We’re building 0→1 products across AI and fintech, with Paystack’s infrastructure, distribution, and ecosystem behind us.
If you’re high-agency, deeply technical, and happiest building from first principles, I’d love to hear from you.

You can now pay for things in Africa directly from your AI agent.
Today we’re introducing Paystack Index, the easiest way to check out with Paystack merchants through Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, and any AI agent.
At launch, you can:
→ Buy airtime: “Buy ₦500 MTN airtime for 080…”
→ Send money with @zapbypaystack: “Send ₦25k to…”
→ Buy food with @ChowdeckHQ: “Order jollof under ₦3k near me”
As more merchants join the Index, you’ll be able to do more, from booking rides and ordering groceries to paying utility bills, quickly and securely.
Paystack Index is now available in Nigeria, with more African markets coming soon.
An experimental product from Paystack and TSG Labs.
I recently read @benjitaylor's article on morphing icons and wanted to try it myself.
Instead of fading one icon out and bringing another in, the lines move into new positions to form the next icon.
I made a small set to see how far I could take the idea.
React + Motion.
I’d just wrapped up my icon morph experiments when I saw the new iPhone Duo status icons. The animation kept showing up on my feed, and it was too good not to try rebuilding for the web. The whole thing is made with SVG paths.
You can play with it here: uzookafor.com/cellular-statu…
Went back to the merchant onboarding component and added a dark theme.
Instead of scattering dark: classes everywhere, I moved colors, type, shadows, and states into semantic design tokens. The tricky part was keeping the transition smooth without breaking the interactions.

Taste is becoming one of the most important skills for design engineers.
Here are 4 articles I recommend reading on taste ↓
I saw this task disclosure interaction from Nitish and wanted to try my own version.
Rebuilt the idea for the web as a merchant onboarding flow.
The tricky part was getting the dropdown and card collapse to close together without fighting each other.

A closer look at the @stripe FX conversion UI I shared yesterday. Someone mentioned the subtle bounce on the input fields, so I figured a zoomed-in view was worth sharing.
Reduced motion support baked in.

Replying to @stripe
@stripe posted their new FX conversion UI yesterday. Saw the design and wanted to try building it with some motion.
Reduced motion support baked in.

I kept noticing that iOS Photos grid-to-detail interaction and figured I'd try rebuilding it for the web.
Spring physics, rubber-band drag, keyboard + screen reader support, reduced motion support.
Built in React with a spring engine I wrote myself. No animation library.
Im open for new projects beginning in August.

A mouse image trail effect I built on a recently launched foundation site.
Added a bit of bounce to the reveal so the images feel alive as they follow the cursor.

A scroll through a section on a recently launched site.
The SVG wheel behind the CTA rotates based on scroll direction, and there's a bit of parallax on the image to give the section some depth.
