Reported this tweet. Was told this no longer violates standards. In case any advertisers were wondering, Protocols of the Elders of Zion is now the ambient temperature on Twitter.

A refusal to accept the outcome of an election in a functioning democracy should be as much of a career-ender for a politician as plagiarism is for a journalist. But in much of today's Republican Party, it looks more like a job requirement. washingtonpost.com/nation/20…

I can't believe the @washpost's priorities. @radleybalko is among the most important journalists working in the US today. I will seriously reconsider renewing my Post subscription. If you care about civil rights, subscribe to his radleybalko.substack.com if you're able.
So after nine years, I'm being let go by the Washington Post. This is disappointing but not surprising. In recent years, the Opinion leadership has made it increasingly difficult to do the reporting & in-depth analysis I was hired to do -- in favor of short, hot takes.
Absolutely devastating piece on how Vladislav Doronin, a billionaire who made a fortune in Moscow real estate, tried to use lawfare to silence a small town Colorado newspaper when they reported on his controversial Aspen real estate development. theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv…

Usually these medley-type productions are a hot mess. But that halftime show has to rank near the top all-time. Very well produced and thought out.

No, AirPods Pro, I don't want you to automatically switch from my Mac to my iPhone just because I pick up my phone. I was listening to something on my Mac, which ***you should know***!!! #uxfail #smartdevices #intelligence
I see dozens of medium design process articles every day and the majority seem to describe this utopian world where every project is brand new and you’re not juggling 7 years of design debt and break-neck velocity feature work across 11 teams 😂

Is there anything dumber/more annoying than when you download and install an app from the app's website, install the app, and get the message, "A newer version of the app is available. Install?" #uxfail

Ordering dinner. Grilled cheese option includes “no bun” (it’s a burger restaurant). How does that work? You get some melted cheese inside paper or aluminum foil?

Also, choices for cheese includes (in all caps), “NO VEGAN CHEESE”. What does this mean? Does the restaurant randomly pick one or more cheeses, but no vegan cheese? Or do I get a grilled cheese without any cheese? Or is there a cheese actually called “no vegan”?
There should be a special circle of hell for people who won’t shut up during concerts.

When I’m working I typically listen to instrumental music to help me focus. Lately a lot of Hans Zimmer soundtracks; I seem to love repetition, like he does so effectively on Interstellar. Any suggestions for something along those lines?

Time to change banks, @radleybalko. That's the only way these companies will respond to their customers.
It is 2021, and my bank will only let me dispute a credit card charge by faxing the appropriate documents.
Dear @washingtonpost, why am I getting this screen to subscribe or sign from within your mobile app, when I’m already a signed-in subscriber? (The answer appears to be: you are sending the user out of the app into a mobile browser for some reason?) #uxfail

Is there a worse internet cliche than starting a Yelp review with, "If could give zero stars..."?

More on how broken our health care system is. (In this case, it’s as much about errors as it is about ridiculous prices. The headline is misleading.) What are your representatives in Congress doing to change this?
$54,000. That's how much a Texas man was charged for a single COVID test he took at a free-standing emergency room last year. Health policy called it "egregious" — and yet, it's perfectly legal. n.pr/3mcig9v
