It's essentially an avatar service. Instead of using the default grey avatar image or a generic user icon in your apps, you can use this.
Just pass a user id/name/even any unique string, get one of 22M+ mascot SVGs available.

Surprisingly I wouldn’t sell anyone unless you can guarantee me a better player is available but for me this is how you fix it:
When people say an AI system has a human in the loop, I think we need to ask a bit more about what that person can actually do. Can they question the decision? Do they have enough information to understand how it was reached? And if they think it’s wrong, can they change it, or do they have to go through three superiors to get it reversed?
Even if they have that authority, imagine giving one person hundreds of decisions to review in a day. They might want to be thorough, but the workload makes that difficult. Especially if questioning a decision takes longer than approving it, while they’re also expected to keep the queue moving. I think this is where the design of the whole process matters. What information does the reviewer see? How easy is it to investigate something that looks wrong? What happens when they disagree with the system?
It’s possible to put a human in the process and still give them very little room to use their judgment.
