🤝
builders looking for their next dream role
same loop, week after week.
so here comes - the third door 🚪
a small way to keep bridging that gap

if you're not, share it along w a friend who might benefit.
with just one goal over the next 7 months via @theproductfolks
making the world a smaller place. one intro at a time. 🤞
PS: been wanting to do this for years. tag a friend who'd benefit from this or reshare for karma ❤️
The warmest lead list on LinkedIn isn't in a database.
It's in the comment sections of the creators your buyers already follow.
People who comment there are telling you what they care about. In public. Every week.
Here's how to turn that into a pipeline:
→ Pick 10 to 15 creators your buyer follows. Not competitors. People who write about the problem you solve
→Track who comments, not who likes. A like takes a second. A comment means they had something to say
→ Watch for repeat names. Someone who shows up under 3 of those creators in a month is telling you exactly what's on their mind
→ Filter to your ICP
→ Reach out about the topic, not the comment. "Saw your comment on her post" feels creepy.
"You've been thinking about approval workflows" starts a conversation
We track 15 creators for Supergrow this way.

It's been 14 days since we launched WarmDogo.
We are still looking for our first customer and have had no luck.
This week, we're trying with a new channel to see if we can break our customer-less streak.
I don't understand why more founders and sales teams aren't doing this.
One of the simplest ways to find warm leads: watch who's hiring for the role your product helps.
A company posting that job is telling you they're about to own the problem you solve.
Here's the playbook:
1. Pick the 2 or 3 roles your product makes life easier for.
2. Track every company in your ICP posting jobs for those roles.
3. Skip the new hire. Find the person they'll report to.
4. Reach out the week the job goes live, not after they've settled in.
5. Lead with the reason: "Saw you're hiring a Head of Content. Usually that means a content problem nobody has a system for yet."
We run this for Supergrow every day, tracking companies hiring Social Media Managers and Heads of Content Marketing.
