It’s Monday! Don’t confuse having a lot to do with making progress. What’s the one thing that genuinely needs to move this week?

Tech leadership isn’t having all the answers. Sometimes it’s creating an environment where the right answer can come from anyone. Happy Monday.

I’ve had prayers God answered quickly, and others met with silence, looking back, some of those silent seasons changed me the most. I’m learning that God isn’t just changing my circumstances. He’s changing me.

Africa doesn’t need more people waiting for the perfect opportunity. We need more people willing to build with what they have. Start small, it’s a good thing.

Leadership is strange, some days you’re confident, other days you’re questioning every decision you’ve made. Some days people look to you for answers when you don’t have any but you keep going anyway.
