AI is changing how people work, live, and engage in society worldwide, but these changes look different from place to place.
Today, we are launching Immense, a new publication that is dedicated to promoting conversations and ideas about AI and its impact across the Global South.
We want to create a space to share brilliant perspectives on how it is changing societies, economies, and everyday life in this part of the world.
Submissions are now open for our inaugural December 2026 issue. If you have an idea, essay, or story worth sharing, we would love to hear from you.

We pay a stipend for every published piece.

Looking for people who read a lot online: articles, research, reports, docs, long posts.
I am testing something new and looking for a small group of people to try it with the things they read and share feedback.
Reply or DM me if you are interested.

They are all only as good as the person at the other side. That's why @useinkriv is the better option
This is true, but our expectations have also gotten higher, so it now feels like the models are not meeting up.
Also writing, especially long-form writing, that is delightful to read is also not something that can be reliably done with a chatbot. Setting up and constantly tweaking prompts gets frustrating, and at some point, you would rather just do the writing yourself.
These tools are best used for brainstorming, research, and conversations that help you form your ideas.
My thinking for AI across knowledge work, including writing, is specialized workflows environments that take some of this prompt-setting and tweaking away from the user. And of course, that’s why we are both doing @useinkriv and @trydecideAI

Use Inkriv today. If you write everyday, you should definitely try it out.
You can now add Voice Notes to your writing on @useinkriv.
Not just audio files, but Audio Layers you attach to specific parts of the text. It makes it easy to explain complex points without bloating the writing.
Readers can just read, or read and hear you.
Beautiful.
I love interactive documents, and I’ve always believed documents should be more interactive. That’s why it was one of the first things we built into @useinkriv 9 months ago.
We also support audio 🥂

There are solid AI tools, which get trained on your tone of voice and past articles, to deliver outputs like this. For example, I work with @useinkriv for my articles.
big update in how Inkriv learns your voice
before: upload your writing and we extract your style
now: add Custom Personalization
describe tone in plain English, set workspace instructions, define audience and special preferences

This is a good start! You should also try @useinkriv. Feed it with your past works or works you hope to maintain their tone of voice.
Put in a well detailed draft; from text to voice notes or whatever and you will get a solid human-based output.
“A sentence should not be praised or condemned simply because of the tool that helped produce it. It should be read. It should be tested for precision, force, imagination, ethics, and effect.”
👏👏👏
The Audience Simulator launch on @useinkriv this week has been incredible 🔥
48 hours in, writers and some creators I admire are saying the same things: “Real stuff, not generic AI feedback.” “Fits my workflow perfectly.” “Now, I’m paying!”
We have also just made it ~30% faster!

Imagine being able to simulate the feedback you'd potentially get from your audience.
Are you targeting product managers? Create a PM persona and have them give feedback on your draft before you publish.

Lot has been done, need to get this up to date with this
Nice work @useinkriv
This comment wasn’t written by a real person. It was AI-generated based on an audience description, “Nigerian tech bros.”
I was testing a @useinkriv feature (launching tomorrow) that lets you simulate audience feedback before you publish.
What made me laugh is that there are people who would type this exact sentence, word for word
